Ive been to several Panera locations and this one is by far the worst. I have tried to like this particular location several times but this will be my last time here. The customer service is terrible starting with the front counter. The young ladies seem to be bothered to take an order and I dont think my order is too difficult. Same turkey sandwich every time -nothing special. On this particular time I asked for the chicken Caesar salad sandwich along with the turkey sandwich. I realize it is an off menu item (so Ive been told by another manager) but they will make it if requested. The young lady rolled her eyes when I asked if she could check to see if they would make it. She came back and said "its discontinued so you cant have it so choose another sandwich because Im not giving you that one". I changed my order and went to wait for my food. I asked to speak to the manager before I left and asked him why this was the only location that wont make that sandwich even if its an off menu item. He replied " no one should be making that sandwich and I will speak to everyone. If you dont see it on the menu you should not order it. Its a discontinued item." Ok fine. Panera has good food but its not "to die for" and I dont need to be treated so rudely especially for the price I pay for a simple turkey sandwich.

I went on Monday night before closing and ordered a bread bowl, which I paid for then I checked my order and discovered I got a soup Cup instead. I mentioned it to the associate and he apologized cuz they were out of bread bowls for the day, for "my inconvenience" he gave me a second dinner roll! The next day I went back to Panera to explain to the manager, who did compensate me for my troubles, yay! I waited in line to purchase some bakery foods and of course they were out, by the way it was around dinnertime. FYI - just be prepared that the items you are not available, ugh, unhappy customer and very disappointed at this store!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I am filing a formal complaint. A friend of mine has her husband in hospice and all he wanted was some of their potato soup. She drove all the way there and by the time she got back to hospice, she found they gave her the wrong soup. When she later went back with her receipt the store employee and manager treated her like a criminal and refused to provide the correct soup or a refund, not even a credit. They showed ZERO compassion and understanding and completely lacked any form of customer service and were the opposite of the Panera Bread Promise.

My sister ordered a breakfast sandwich and added avocado. It was a quick stop on a 5 hour drive. Wished we would have opened the sandwich before getting on the road because the avocado was hard. My sister ended up throwing it away. I have been to Paneras in the town where I live and never had an experience like this. It ia a bummer to pay extra for something and it ends up being a waste of money. We would have preferred they told us the avocados were not ripe and had given us our money back or at least a pastry for the inconvenience.

Ordered the cheddar brocolli bread bowl - mistake. If you want your moneys worth,order a regular bowl (Im assuming) because the amount of soup they put in my bread literally amounted to about 3-4 tablespoons full. I know Im Murican, but Im not a big person. In fact, I wear extra medium clothing. Above all, however, I think that paying $5.49 for food may somewhat constitute that I at least get an amount greater than 1 cup (at least)... I honestly feel cheated... :(

I normally would rate them higher but recently theyve been missing the mark. A catering order didnt come with everything that the website said it would. They offered at $15 gift card but was a poor solution to what should have been a dull catered lunch. Later, an in-store experience left me pretty irritated. Really skimpy portions and the server was resistant to fixing it. Itll be a while before I return to this location

Tried using the app to order. The app kept telling me that they couldnt verify my card, check the numbers. My card was charged 4 times! Went in and paid cash because I never got a confirmation number for my order. The manager did nothing, told me I will need to submit a bank statement. He wouldnt even refund my cash after I showed him the charges online

manager is very disrespectful, I got home and went to get my spoon out of the bag... and the plastic spoon was dirty and had been used. it had the lip streak marks and everything, very nasty....and also they messed up my order befor all the other stuff happened...

This place is slipping off my list because the quality of the product. Sour dough? Cinnamon rolls? Large misch? Pecan roll? Described as no character, dry and hardly a drizzle of icing, crumbly and bland, overbaked and somewhat burnt respectively in order.

The sandwiches are overpriced and they seem to be getting skimpier on portions. I used to enjoy Panera (the one in North Fontana a few years ago), but this location isnt the same and their menu has changed.

went in at 830 pm and hour before closing and the manager said they didnt have any more meatballs because they were closing soon. Left and went somewhere else. Never going back to this location.

Panera is a great place to get a good carby breakfast. Good bagels and coffee but order for your self through the kiosk as the employees tend to be... challenged...

Great place to come with family. Love the pick two Greek Salad with Napa chicken salad sandwich. Good selection of pastries mt favorite is the pecan bun. Love it!!
