Every little girl and every woman with a big kid heart inside must take a trip to the Hello Kitty Cafe! Or visit any of their special stops in different cities and purchase everything. I love every thing pink, cute, sweet. and filled with sprinkles. Unfortunately, the girls working here do not possess the personality of Hello Kitty. Their snarky and condescending attitude are not fit to represent the Sanrio brand. I would imagine the people hired to work here would provide exceptional friendly service, make it fun, and enjoyable for Hello Kitty/Sanrio fans. If you dont love your job and dont like people then dont work here. Please stop ruining the experience for everyone. Or fake it until you make it, better yet go work for Dicks Last Resort. So a message to management please please hire new staff members! Overall, I like the cuteness and baked goods they offer for the experience and a great place to take HK lovers to enjoy minus the employees.

I came here on a Tuesday right after the opening weekend, and I only had to wait about 20 minutes. I recommend you come earlier in the day, because if you come too late, they start running out of pastries. The drinks and desserts here are pretty pricey (I paid $4.50 for a peach iced tea), but thats what you expect from a novelty cafe like this. But I have to say, the peach iced tea was better than I expected, they even put freshly diced peaches right into the tea. The cafe has a very small seating area with tables and chairs, but theres plenty of seating around the cafe supplied by the Irvine Spectrum. Oh, one warning though: because of its outdoor setting, the cafe seems to attract quite a few bees. Theyre not aggressive, but its a good thing to keep in mind if youre allergic. The Hello Kitty Pop-up Cafe is only going to be around for a year, so I recommend you check it out while its here if youre a big Sanrio fan!

Desserts are good. I enjoyed the Strawberry Puff Pastry and Chocolate Opera Cake. The Strawberry Mint Lemonade was refreshing and the Iced Mocha was good too. Novelty of Hello Kitty is cool but the line is pretty long so youll be waiting a while. Seating is also very limited but my friend and I were lucky to get a table within the cafe.

Fast servive, food great, reasonable prices . Everyone happy with this place while I sat there. This is HK your paying for, if you want perfect food go to your favorite place. If you want cheap go to a donut shop. If you dont like lines show up early. This is everything I expected in a novilty shop.

Is not a Restaurant; is a painted truck parked outdoors, turned into an iconic Cafe. But it worths the visit. Everybody in line is a fan of the little cat and you get quality pastries, cakes and drinks. A truly experience; you feel the vibe and happiness of each and every customer.

Strawberry custard puff was just OK. This popup definitely caters to the kitty fans as the food is not really worthy of its prices. However, I want to congratulate the franchise owner for being one of the first to capitalize on bringing the first kitty popup to the OC.

If you are a die hard HK fan then by all means go (not on a hot day though). But be prepared to pay for that experience. Prices are a little on the high side, even for SoCal. Its a simple pimped out shipping container that sells cookies and cakes with a HK theme.

The presentations of their deserts are so cute. I tried the lemon meringue tart and it was delicious. The amount of marshmallow topping was just perfect to complement the tiniest of the lemon tart. Service is quick and with a smile

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to come , at first sight this business is small but very warming. I wanted to see what all the hype was and ordered a strawberry cake which surprising was really good .

Kids loved the macarons and the cookies. The Cakes on the other hand didnt taste so good. But they had an amazing design. Kids didnt like the taste of the Petite cakes. We enjoyed visiting your mobile cafe!

You should manage your expectations. Be prepared to pay a premium just because everything has Hello Kitty plastered all over it. Nothing to write home about and nothing life changing.

Although the pastries were good, I think its is overpriced. Other bakeries have the same quality for cheaper. I guess you are mainly paying for the novelty.
