In response to your false comment below, We were NOT immediately served. And after finally getting the water and quarters while made felt like a pest, in order to Ask for additional service, we waited for over an hour! When confronting the waitress about it, she got mad, and asked me to leave for getting upset with her not doing her job. You are siding not with catering to the customer or giving any star service, which should be your job and purpose, but with a crappy waitress who doesnt know what customer service is and cant care less about it. Katrina is not good at running the bar. I have been here for over an hour and cant get any service. I come here for lunch and pool. I never got to order lunch and the peanut barrel was empty. No food no drinks no service from Katrina. When I said something over an hour later about how I was upset about the service, Katrina said I could leave and she was refusing me service.

Good beer and burgers. Beyond pitiful sevice. Being a manager myself and in the customer service industry, its beyond sad how its managed. Running on a single person during their happy hour to work the bar. The only guests that get any attention are the ones sitting at the bar. After 15 minutes ended up walking out without even an acknowledgement. So we just went up the street to spend my money there. Im sure theyll apriciate the revenue

We celebrated my husbands birthday here this evening and had a great time. Appetizers were great and plenty to eat and the main courses were fantastic. The birthday surprise was fun to eat as well. Our waitress was very helpful. Art the owner lead in a birthday song. Thank you all for a fine family Birthday party. The entertainment was very nice also.

The regulars are down to earth and peaceful. The staff are patient and professional. The food is very very good and when they have live music it is always exceptional. Moved to Sunland last August and I am grateful I have my very own "Cheers". Its a family owned business and a good family to boot!!

Came for the ratings. Food was awful and expensive. Ordered the Taco plate was complete trash. The bar was dirty unsanitary. Some how they messed up my order ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food. One person managing the bar during happy hour. I ended getting diarrhea.

Burgers are good!! Its a little intimidating for non-whites, but soon as we walked in everyone was super friendly.. We really enjoyed ourself once we bit the bullet and walked in.. Great customer service and the manager came over to ask if we enjoyed our food.. Go there!

Rebekah is awesome with a beautiful smile, greeted us. We sat down and after a Stellah I asked her for an IPA recommendation and she brought me the Mission IPA, a delicious floral IPA. This place is great for a neighborhood sportsbar, great food and friendly staff.

The food is second to none. Hawaiian cuisine with a 48 state twist. TVs Galore for all sports fans. The girls and James do a great job even when packed. The beer selection is great for every pallet. Thanks ART!

Really good breakfast, I never gotten anything I didnt like. today I got the carnivorous skillet and it was really big and tasted great. Wife got the omelet and really enjoyed it too
