9 family members gathered at this IHOP to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at 7 pm on 3/29/14. The "drink hostess" immediately took our orders & assured us that our server would be with us shortly. The server did not come. Eventually I got up, to let the server know that we had been waiting for about 1/2 hour & were ready to order. Again, we were assured that she would be right with us. We waited another 1/2 hour & still no service. It appeared that there were only two servers on duty. The restaurant was busy, but not overcrowded. Some of my family members noticed that customers that had arrived before us had not been served either. After approximately 1 hour we gave up & went to another restaurant, where we were seated & served almost immediately. We love IHOP, but it will be a LONG time, if ever, before we return to this location. Management: "WAKE UP"

Went there yesterday Presidents Day. When the waitress came up to take our order she said there was no cheese or ground beef for hamburgers, because there was no delivery because of the holiday. We said no problem we are ordering breakfast. We placed are order and a few minutes later she came back and said we only have 3 eggs and cannot complete your order, then l said why are you even opened. She apologized, l said this is unacceptable. I was ready to walk out but my girl friend said lets stay lll only have 1 egg and you can have the other two eggs. I thought that this Ihop was getting better, but after this l wont go back.

They are rushed and understaffed. Management obviously needs to hire more cooks. The cooks rush the food leaving it burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside (our pancakes, hash browns, and crepes). This ultimately prolonged the wait time for their customers, as many plates needed to be sent back. The waiters are also so rushed they forget to check drinks and food (ours forgot napkins and coffee creamer). Hopefully the owners of this buisness wake up and realize an investment in their staff could seriously boost their revenue with more customers coming in and out quickly.

This is our favorite IHOP. However, they have great outside patio area which is where my having l family always sat. It was great. Due to some poor judgment, they have removed the umbrellas from there and are no longer sitting people outside. We stopped going because of that because the inside is too loud and crowded.

Not enough service people. Only a few waiters/waitresses scheduled on a day of a huge IHOP promotion. Busboys not clearing the tables/booths quick enough. Food isnt presented like in other IHOP locations. Food looks sloppy and rushed. We left.

I hop and Denneys have always been the place to go for a very affordable meal, more so for breakfasts! But I hop takes the cake when it comes to their breakfast, french toast combo is my fav served with hashbrowns, two eggs, sausage or bacon.

Worst place ever! I asked for the turkey dinner and apparently no one told me when they serve my table an hour later that there was no stuffing, mashed potatoes or gravy. I dont get it!! Really poor service! Never again will I come here!!

Since the remodel I actually like this place! Before it was gross feeling and the staff were very inattentive. Dont know if ownership has changed hands or what but they have definitely stepped it up!

I love this place Ive never have had to wait.. waitresses are fast food is great I always love leaving a big tip starting with the cook... awesome one of my favorite places for breakfast...yummy

Place not to busy today. Server could have been more attentive. Cold biscuits and gravy sent back and replaced with pancakes. Think I will go with coffee next time.
