Gnats everywhere. Ive been to the Mountain View L & L multiple times without ever having an issue. My wife and I went here for the first time today and there was a gnat in the macaroni. All the management needed to do was apologize and replace the food. Instead, they said that theyre not responsible for bugs in the food and that the kitchen does not have any bugs in it. If I took the food and went outside that might make sense, but we were dining in the restaurant. They refused a refund or replacement. If you like poor customer service and bugs in your food, this is the restaurant for you.

Worst service ever! I spoke to a women who was very rude. I simply ask to order for catering and I asked her to remove my order because her attitude was terrible. She suggested that her she was born with her voice and that if I wanted a princess voice thats not something she can provide. If thats not bad attitude I dont know what is. I will never order from there again, she would not let me speak to her manager either and kept hanging up on me. This occurred on 12/17/14 at 3:50 PM

Very bad customer service. We came in at 8p and the lady cashier keeps on saying "We close at 9p." My friend told her about what she would like to order and she just looked and ignored her and left. Didnt even care to excuse herself. So rude! We came to eat and theyre giving us attitude. The cook looks annoyed when we ordered and the cashier made us feel that were not welcome. Well NEVER come back..Thats for sure!

I always get the seafood mix plate or the BBQ mix plate. This place is good, and they serve you pretty fast. Only bad part is trying to find parking. I did order for pickup once and I couldnt find parking so the lady ran out and delivered my food right to the car and ran back in to charge my card. Now thats service!

Not much to look at but really hits the spot when you want something simple with rice (and dont want to cook it yourself 8-) The price is very reasonable relative to the area. I love the Kalua pork and the kids love the chicken katsu. The mini is just right size for us.
