I wish I could give them negative stars , I dont know even how to describe the horrible customer service experience that I had there , and my god , that guy Milguel Barrits "the manager", there is no word to explain the attitude. The whole problem started when I saw one their staff dumping garbage outside and then just walked in with same dirty hand and started serving food and then when I pointed that out to them they didnt like it and the "manager" was so rude that we decided to leave.

Pros: *right next to campus *they gave me bread not just with my meal but to go as well, *the value is awesome! We had the spaghetti and Margherita pizza. Excellent value and taste. Although the salad came with iceberg lettuce, we asked to put romaine in instead and it was no problem. SOO glad my wife and I found this place. : ) For being a pizza restaurant, their ambience is nice with a fountain outside and prompt, helpful service. : )

I found a piece of glass in my beer. When I brought it to the attention of the owner, he didnt think much of it. He dropped it on the ground, casually walked away and returned 5 minutes later without an explanation for the piece of glass. The owner showed very little concern over the matter. The food is decent, and the beer is cheap. Ive been going to Grande for a while, but the last trip was definitely my last.

Ive been going to this place for years. Every single time I go here I have a fantastic meal. Their marinara sauce is incredible, and their bread is fantastic. They give you enough food to last 2 meals, and you never have to wait for a table unless you have a large party. Go here!!!

This is one of the common hangouts for SJSU students, located right across from campus. The lunch specials are great, but what youre really here for is that La Vics orange sauce!
