This Starbucks is the closest one to my home although it is out of the way for me. I am not usually on the North end of Rialto when I think about ordering there. I had several giftcards saved up and had errands that required me to use the the 210 freeway so it was convenient to stop there this time. Driving in it becomes obvious very quickly that the DriveThru lane gets very cramped if the line is backed up and it causes cars to stay waiting in a line that blocks customers parked cars from backing out and other cars to squeeze by if they need to get out of the adjoining parking spots and car lanes. It was very busy on my visit. When I got to the drive thru menu to order, the first three menu items I picked were not available. Neither food nor drink choices. The employee taking my order switched once before confirming the unavailable items and forgot that I was still being waited on so I had to repeat my order twice only to be told "We dont have that." The exterior was clean and manicured which was a plus. My wait at the cashier window was longer than expected though and a little reassurance from the barista would have gone a long way. If I ever go to that location again I will try a different time and date because the crowded conditions in the parking lot to the drive thru lane and the unavailability of menu items may not be an issue at another time and date. My wait was so long I took more pictures than I usually do when I post a review. It helped pass the time though.

Arrived at this Starbucks today, which is Sunday, at 6:45am. Got out of my car to hear a Mexican lady yelling at me that they werent open and were not going to open for another half hour. Half hour?! That would be 7:15. Weird. The posted hours are 5am-11:00 pm. No notice on the doors. Nothing. Watched as people were driving into the drive thru, sitting at the order box and receiving no indication that they decided to open at 7:15 today. They would sit there a minute, roll around to the pick up window, and even though there were 2 employees inside, these customers were ignored. Dont bother with this location. I have stood at the register with 2 or 3 employees passing by, not even bothering to acknowledge I was there, until a minute has passed and I ask if anybody would like to take my order. Oh....this is the messiest location I have ever seen. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of other great locations that are run well.

They get my order wrong about 80% of the time. Whenever I order two or three drinks at the same time they read it back right and give me the wrong drink or one will be missing entirely. If this location wasnt so close to my house I would never come here again. I have bypassed this location to go to the one in Sierra Lakes or the ones by the 10 Fwy because they are so terrible at getting orders right. Just last night I ordered a tea and one of their promotional drinks. They got the tea right but the second was something completely different, even though they read it back to me correctly. Of course I didnt notice because it was late night in the drive thru and I was already almost home when I tasted it. I would give them a break if there a lot of new people but these are the same employees Ive seen for well over a year now. Nice as they are, their rate of efficiency is painfully low.

A worker name Jessica actually told a customer they have pleasant regulars, and unpleasant regulars. Starbucks (the opinion that matters) likes all their customers, and appreciates all the profits from their PAYING customers. Why an employee feels their opinion matters was beyond me. Granted Im sure they deal with interesting personalities, all retails do. But personal opinions expressed openly to the customers is inappropriate, and not good for Starbucks business (again the opinion that matters). Since I didnt have anything to do with their conversation, i probably shouldnt have an opinion. It would have been nice for her to have kept it behind the counter, so i wouldnt.

Very irritating! I meet my friend there to chat, almost every Wednesday. Well today was awful! They were so loud back there and messy. Then they had the music so loud that I couldnt even hear my thoughts. My friend and I were sitting at a small table and I could barely hear her. People go there to study, do hw, socialize or just chill not to be in a loud chaotic place! Then the rude girl, red short hair, decides to sweep while its very busy. She was sweeping all the mess onto a customers feet who was standing waiting for her order. VERY RUDE! Then that same girl wasnt informed on the refills! If you dont have customer service skills, pick another job!

I got here at 6pm and wanted to go thru the drive thru but as I was sitting in the drive thru I realize that the line was blocking traffic inside and outside of the shopping center where it is located. So I parked and walked iside where there was a ridiculous line as well...6:20 and just ordered. Waiting.....and there is at least 10 people in front of me. The looks on the faces of people waiting...if looks could kill all of the baristias would be dead! 6:36 just got my venti Mocha; but the other people whom ordered before me are still waiting. This is RIDICULOUS! I just made a complaint to customer service yesterday morning!

I maybe come here about once every other week, and the baristas already know me by name. They are so nice. They will do and re-do your order until you are happy. The girls are on the hunt here. There is a lot of eye contact by them and they really make it clear that this is a great place to meet new people. There very few homeless people that come by and that smoke outside. But they are friendly and dont stick around for too long.

Absolutely worst Starbucks. The store is always a mess, the baristas appear miserable and overworked. This store always seems to be understaffed. Drive thru waits tend to be 20 minutes. Why cant management get it together in this location? Is it so difficult to adjust your labor to the demand? Starbucks needs to take a good look at other establishments and learn from better (and cheaper) alternatives.

Typical Starbucks location. Staff is friendly but often get my drink wrong...Enough times to make me choose another location father away from my house. The drive thru is CRAZY slow and blocks ingress/egress for shopping center and parking spaces...Another reason I dont go there much any more. If you cant hardly get to it, why go??? I grab a cup of coffee to relax and unwind, not to be frustrated.

This spot is getting ridiculous. The wait is hilarious. Dont know why I keep coming back. Tried different times...different days...same thing. Oh...because its on my way thats why. Maybe Ill just keep driving to the next one...itll probably be as long. DO NOT come when youre on the clock, even when ordered ahead of time... used to be good. Not no more.

Spent a good four hours doing work at Starbucks. This place is small but it has everything one could need for a productive day. Free wifi, outlets, restroom, and great coffee. I ordered the vanilla latte based on the rave reviews here and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be returning, not to mention the baristas are so sweet and helpful!
