The food is great, the sports atmosphere is great. There can be long lines at times, but that indicates the quality of product. For around $10 I can eat a very filling sandwich, chips and a drink. Where else can I do that? Chain stores that offer foot longs eat up that $10 quickly, a few here in Cali are even more then that. Lets see, would I rather have fresh and awesome with a wait, or prepackaged and blan? To the reviewers before, remember, theyve grown, and fast. If on the weekends I mention Im headed to the Sandwich Spot, my whole family suddenly wants to go. EVERY single person Ive referred to The Sandwich Spot and come back independently, bringing in someone they knew as a referral. Do you get that from bad service/poor quality? Dont think so. If you mind lines, a) dont be in Cali, b) go at off times such as not 11:45 to 1:15. I wait at these times for the other guys too. I am not affiliated with The Sandwich Spot at all, but do go out of my way to eat there more than once a week.

My boyfriend introduced me to this amazing shop. We are personally greeted by the manager/owner when weve walked in the past few times. They have these new amazing non-fried fries that are seasoned perfectly! Their bomb sauce is really good! We got to help taste test before they were officially put on the menu, which was pretty cool :-) The service is stellar! They even wrote a message on one of the sandwiches "Enjoy the lake" since thats where we were headed. You dont feel like a number when you walk in, you are acknowledged, remembered and conversed with. My only suggestion would be to perhaps add a few more vegetarian options (add veggie patties or portabella mushrooms). No complaints though, their veggie sandwich is really good, even my daughter loves it. We will be long time customers for sure.

When this shop first opened they made the Best Vegetarian sandwich around I told all my friends. But now this is the last sandwich they want to make the last 2 field of greens have been terrible and missing vegetables and other items asked for. I have spoken to whomever the manager is at the time but they do not listen. Today I printed in english exactly what I wanted on my sandwich and handed the list to the person making my sandwich. I got home and 3 items were missing. So if you still want to risk an expensive lettuce and tomato sandwich you have to unwrap the sandwich in front of them and lead them through the process. You are better off going to smashburger for their black bean burger or whole foods at least you will get what you asked for and paid for

We stopped in at 12:30 lunch time. They had a whole bunch of people working one guy was just chattering to a pretty girl customer not really making food holding up the line. They took our order 10mins later and we told them we wanted a number 14 only lettuce and tomatio on wheat bread. The owner took the the order. And my girl wanted no avocado on hers. Paid. Got our food mine has cheese and hers had avocado on it. I told them about I it and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a full refund. The cheese could kill me and we had to scrape the avocado off of the other one. There was no reason for her to roll her eyes at us over their mistake. This is very unlike them. Will never go there again

We love the food. takes kinda long but whatever, it would all be worth it if they could just get my sandwiches right. i always order one sandwich with extra swiss. it normally comes with cheddar. i explain to them that every time they mess it up, and it doesnt matter. i order a number 2 no cheddar and extra swiss. i get a number 2 with cheddar. every single time. then they remake it and throw the other one away. at this point just give me free sandwiches.. i order 2, they screw one up, throw it away, make me another and give me a free sandwich card. lets just avoid all this and give me 2 free sandwiches every time. seriously though... i dont get it. but i like em.

Great Sandwich when you can get it. True Story... Been there 10 times or so left 4 times with no food. The wait is incredible, not because you are in a long line (the line will form behind you), but because the service is awful. No one will even acknowledge you are there half the time. Expect to wait about 20 minutes or so for someone to ask if you have been helped. Better not be on a lunch break. I cant believe I have tried so hard to give them my money and went back. I knew it was bad, but hoped it had improved.. NOPE! This time after 20 min or so, they had no bread ready. Its a shame.

The number 16 every single time I visit. It has a nice turkey ans avocado melody that I just cannot get enough of. The art in the restaurant itself is beautiful. The portions are huge and reasonably priced. I prefer ot to a subway sandwich any day. If you are a student they have a 8 dollar deal where you can get a full sandwich, chips, and soda. It sometimes gets busy during lunch time so be prepared to wait in line tor a few minutes, but the sandwiches are definitely worth the wait.

Am from Tahoe and was down there to get glasses next door and was recommended to eat here while waiting for my glasses. They bake their own bread and have an excellent selection of sandwiches. Staff is extremely nice and down to earth. I recommend the Golden Snitch on sourdough. Wow, what an excellent chow down! I almost hope I break my glasses so I can go get another sandwich!

Hands-on the best sandwich shop in the area. Plenty of whimsically named house sandwiches, and tiny touches like table-side delivery. Its the sort of place that earns regulars, and the owner does a good job at remembering them all.

I ordered The G.O.A.T and it took them 20 minutes to make even though there was no one in front of me. That being said, the sandwich was delicious! So glad Roseville has a good sandwich place. One that I intend to frequent often.

Sandwich Spot has a huge selection of specially sandwiches that are pretty killer. My son loves the Game Changer (#99) with peanut butter, Nutella, and marshmallow. On Saturdays they do in-house smoked tri-tip.
