I ordered a Kioke Coffee..waitress didnt know what I was talking about. I said bartener will know..or google it. I had my heart set on Kioke coffee, thats the reason I stopped at Olive Garden. Instead I was served a Kahlua and coffee and it was not anything like I ordered...too sweet. This is after I told them if they didnt know what it was I wanted to bring me an Irish Whiskey coffee...I was disgusted at the lack of concern to get my order correct. By the time the waitress came back my meal had come and I wanted a before dinner drink. I will NEVER go to Olive garden again...party of 10 my treat, everone else got what they ordered but me and I am so very upset. Teach your bar staff how to make cocktails before they run off more people. My friends said they wont go back either as the food for $18.00 Scampi was very skimpy and the $12.99 deal of take one home special tasted old. Not one person out of ten customers were happy. Too bad, Olive Garden is my granddaughters favorite place but I will not go there again. Change the restaurant and redecorated at the cost of good food and a place to get a decent drink...the others werent happy with their drinks either....very disappointed

1st screw was the first appetizer came out wrong. 2nd appetizer came out super late after we asked about it. It came out luke warm without the sauces. The waiters response was the worst. Oh yea i guess it does come with that, the kitchen is just really busy sorry. He didnt even offer to bring out the sauce. 3rd our food order they only brought out 5 of the 11 entrees and them came out and told us they didnt make half of the order. We had to wait another 20 mins for the rest of our food out. The second half of the food finally came with one entree being cool and another with the marsala sauce being 50% oil and tasting terrible( seemed like it was cooked porly.) 4th. We used the the machine to pay and it wouldnt allow us to split the check. Which wasnt a big deal but when my father asked about it not working her response was. Well i aksed about the check and i cant change it now ,and can you just pay all together.(in a very rude tone) My jaw dropped when i heard that response. After all the mistakes that happened i cant believe that she had the nerver to act like that. The whole experience was just terrible.

One of the worst experience ever had in Olive Garden. It was for people only three people or their food. they charger for an extra appetizer that we did not order. Zuppa Toscana soup look like a whole bunch of potatoes with no meat kale or any actual soup. Salmon was so dry they was crunching just like a chips. Stuffed mushrooms for swimming in oil, fried tomorrow voice so hard that we couldnt eat them. When I showed that to server she was politely said that she would replace it but she took to say back to the kitchen came back not even 1 minutes later and said the cook made. We were a party of 8. Four were kids. The waitress was friendly but the only waitress in our section, which was full, so that might be why she couldnt remember anything for our table( no drink refills, no bread, no removal of the salad dishes when they brought out the main dishes.) The food was not great and if Im paying $20 for a plate I expect to like something. We had ordered everything from the kids spaghetti and chicken to the shrimp fettucini and no one was happy, even the kids thought moms spaghetti at home is better than what they got. My dad is elderly and hard of hearing and despite the smile she kept showing up with (when I know she could hear him complaining) she couldnt help towards the end of the dinner rolling her eyes when we had to repeat something she said to him. The tip was automatically included in our bill which my dad didnt like, hes used to tipping the old school way, based off of good food and good service, none of us were fans of tipping for crappy food and service that was short staffed and short tempered.

Worst experience and we did not even get to order!! Went in in a Monday at 4:30, no one was waiting took several mins to even be greeted let alone seated. We sat down with maybe 6 other tables max wad never greeted, no drink orders taken, nothing. I then started looking around for any waitress and one noticed us and asked the front desk who was waiting on our table and was told someones name (unfortunately I did not catch it) she said ok and walked off. Gave it 5 more mins and still nothing we finally walk out and nobody even noticed or said a word. Just all together horrible.

Olive Garden, even on their off days, continue to be excellent. During a training session where there was a fairly new waiter who dropped the ball on the majority of the order, still managed to fix everything amd make the experience really enjoyable. The shift on, handled the problem so effortlessly that I can tell he has a keen eye for amazing customer service relations. Even though it wasnt what Im used to, I did get that perfect service. Great job guys.

Was seated immediately with no wait in an corner booth with a window. Service was fast, accurate and above all else friendly. Our appetizer came out relatively quickly followed by the soup and salad and then the entree. Our drinks stayed full. Food was all really good with the exception of the stuffed mushroom appetizers, weve gotten them several times before and this was the first time they werent up to standard. Overall Im very pleased with this visit.

We waited for our orders to be taken. One of our drink orders were missed. It took over an hour to receive our food. My 2 year old grandson had to wait for his Mac & Cheese while some of us had our food. My husbands food wasnt brought out until the rest of us were almost finished. Then she forgot my grandsons ice cream. We spent over two hours there, not by choice. Food was delicious or I would have given it only 1 star.

When we arrived immediately seated us in the back of the restaurant. Racist Bastards. wait no they are putting everyone in the back of the restaurant there goes my free race card meal.The food was good, I wouldve given 5 stars but i had the pleasure of eating my meal with someones baby cring in my ear thanks alot. Nextime seat the couple with the 3 week old baby to the back of the RESTUARNT.

Nothing too unique about this location. Our server was great but we arrived on the day that they changed their menu (no more risotto balls as a separate appetizer!!) The food was not as good as we had from another Oliver gardens months before. It was average, not enough to drive me away but also not good enough to put them at the top of my dining options on a Friday or Saturday.
