Ok so I want to begin by stating that Im a 31yr old women and was out shopping on Christmas Day with my 9yr old daughter(that is always mistaken for 13). My employer accidentally had shorted me money on my check and went to western union to pick it up as he was out of town for the holiday. I filled out the form and greeted Richard with a Merry Christmas that he did not return at all nor did he say hello as I did and did not answer when I asked how his day was going. Richard had assisted in this transaction. I had recently transferred my WA drivers license to a CA one and had the temp CA one and my WA one in hand. Richard went through the transaction not saying much and gave me my money. Before walking away I said Merry Christmas and not until I was about 15 -20ft away did he say Merry Christmas back. My daughter suggested grabbing more sparkling apple cider, chips, and such for our guests. We got into the express line with only one person in front of us when Richard told me to go to the next register and hed help me. He rang up my other items and placed my wine that I was buying behind him. He stated "I know that you are 31 but I cannot sell you this wine and accept this WA ID and the CA one is only a temporary one." I suggested using my military ID and he kept with the same notion. He refused to sell me after even staying I know youre 31. So well I left pretty upset on Christmas Day. Im not 25 .. he knows my age. Saw my regular IDs and refused to sell to me. He did all this at a volume loud enough that everyone in line heard and only after pulling me off another line that didnt have a long wait at all? I used the same forms of ID one week earlier in the same store and had no problems. I am looking through my receipts but I believe he rang me up that day too. So I went to another store. And showed the cashier the same IDs and purchased the wine. They said "Im not sure what his issue was mam but I believe you should tell someone you believe he treated you unfairly." So Im doing such now and warning you if you see Richards name tag and hes in a bad mood he may treat you unfairly. I mean did I offend him by being overly polite and wishing him a Merry Christmas? Im asking for someone from this store to reach out to me. Oh note that Jill J on 12/4 rang me up and was absolutely awesome and happy. She deserves 5 stars. Ive also included a receipt showing I bought the wine there. Im still looking for my 12/18 purchase where Richard rang me up. I dont know if Ill be back in in here but I shop in here three times a week(for a family of 7) and once a week buy wine unless its a holiday and maybe sooner. VONs here I come!

Good selection...just tired of needing their club card and being berated for not having it with me...shouldnt you be happy I chose your place to shop. I have six phone numbers and I guess none of them are linked...I love feeling like a burden by the cashier....just makes me want to go spend more money there. Then when I produced my own bags, it was like she was pissed that she couldnt say something to me about that...wow!

Its your average large chain grocery store, but compare it to any other Ralphs and its probably just a bit above average for the cleanliness, stocked shelves, and organization of the store. Got some great deals here on fresh berries and olive oil. I particularly appreciate their sale of day-old bread products and clearance rather than throw-away policies.

After the remodeling earlier in the year, this store has REALLY opened up. The minute you walk into either entrance, youre greeted with the site of fresh produce or fresh baked/deli goods. The staff is always warm and cheery, and they definitely appreciate a good laugh. I love to shop here, and its less than a mile from home.

Its a typical Ralphs grocery store. Good selection but just sightly pricey. They have a good selection of Atkins products, and scotch, which is what I live on! What is frustrating is that the liquor cabinet is always locked and you have to summon an employee to open it, and you cant use self-checkout.

Manager is lazy just like the staff. The turnover is high as no one wants a part time minumum wage job. They claimed to be out of paper bags. The deli service counter doesnt answer the phone...understaffed. Staff looks like the theu are burned out frpm being understaffed and underpaid.

Duke Walls

Rarely have what I want, but usually have what we need. Every 10 years or so they refurb the store and flip the layout, which makes finding things a pain. The bank branch is useful, but the Starbucks is a plain waste of space. Nice selection of plants and flowers.

Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff! Excellent fruits and fresh vegetables! The store is very well organized. Having the fresh produce in the middle as a customer walks in makes it a very pleasant, friendly, and inviting atmosphere.

The bakery she dont know how to take an order for a cake, u pick the cake up ,they made it completely wrong, u get it free but thats not the point. Your buying it for the birthday person, I buy there cake some where else. ..

The best Ralphs that you can shop at! Vanessa, Angie, Mary, Krysta, Damion, Amy, Rochelle, Jacob and Carol are my far most favorite people that are really helpful. The Deli and the bakery make best catering

Absolutely love this store. I called a bunch of different stores for candied apples, this was before season started and they had them. However I did ask a guy who works there for help, and I got nothing.

Great selection of food. The deli is pretty nice and good selection of breads. Free wifi for customers is a plus if you shop with little ones that like to play their tablets while you shop.
