My experience at store #168 was horrible. I completed my purchased as I passed two registers I saw some water and decided to purchased a 24 case of water. As I went to ask the staff on register that I would like to just pay for the water, an employee approaches me and asked for my receipt and stated she wanted to make sure I paid for my purchased. She had a grin in her face as to even want to search me. I felt she was profiling me because of my race. The staff member did not have any customer service skills and was unprofessional to say the least. The staff member could of approach me in a different manner. I almost returned all my purchases. If a store does not treat its customers with respect and dignity, something is wrong. I would not recommend this store to anyone and have them experience what I experience. I am being generous to rate this store with 1 star.

Excited about finally finding this store. There meat selection is outstanding! Great variety of organic and wild caught fish options. They have good sales every now and then but there organic produce is a bit high in comparison to Albertsons. Customer service for me has always been great!

You "Wanna" bag? .. Thats how the cashier asks you. Plus it feels like the cashier is judging you by the products you buy..the face she made.. Says it all. Never felt so uncomfortable.

Tellers are very friendly and they work fast. Because it is located in the Stater Bros., it doesnt get too full and the lines dont get too long.
