The pizza is good. If they can get it right. Twice now weve ordered take out on Friday and twice now theyve told us it would be 15-20 minutes and theyd bring it right up. Half an hour later theyre looking for our pizza, finally find it and bring it up. We open the box up when we get to the car and the pizza is cold and the order not correct. Twice now weve paid extra to have two meats on the pizza and gotten none. Theyve gotten so busy with their dine-in guests that take out orders suffer. Since we dont do dine in for pizza, were probably not ever going back. Customer service reigns supreme and they dont have it if youre a take out customer. Id rather have Pizza Hut and have my order be correct, hot and not be forgotten. I gave them a second chance after the first time they screwed me over, but when the second chance was worse than the first...Ill take my business elsewhere.

Busy neighborhood pizza place we found on a recent visit to southern California. We chose based on online reviews. We were there on a Friday night at dinner time and there was a 30 minute wait for a table. While we were waiting, they opened up the outside patio area. The menu is extremely intriguing with lots of interesting combinations you dont normally see and a wide variety of beverage options to go with them. They also offer a gluten free pizza crust option. Unfortunately, for our table of four, the food came out of the kitchen very unevenly. My wifes gluten-free pizza was first, but it arrived room temperature and had to be sent back. My daughters pizza arrived more than 5 minutes after everyone elses. Service was good, but not great. The interesting pizza combinations were tasty, but not remarkable. Solid 3 out of 5.

My husband and I used to go to Craftsman a LOT. We really liked the food the and the comfortable feeling of "neighborhood" at Craftsman. Usually we ordered pizza and often ordered take out too. Unfortunately, the last take out pizza, "The Principle" had almost no meat on it and we asked for mushrooms instead of jalapenos, and there were no mushrooms. Others weve talked to lately have had similar experience. If theyve changed their approach to the food served, its not a good change.

Really yummy food, and some pretty cool/unique pizza options. Only issues Ive ever had have been with timing of service, e.g., having another tables pizza come out five minutes before ours when they ordered well after us. When this place gets busy it really gets busy, so be prepared for a wait if youre at a peak time.

This is one of the best restaurants in Placentia! We go there at least once a week usually more. They have fantastic pizza but my absolute favorite is the bruschetta chicken sandwich it melts in your mouth!!!! If your looking for a warm atmosphere and fantastic food and drinks this is the place!

It is okay, but not amazing. They have a good beer list and some cool ideas for pizzas, but the unexceptional quality of the crust and ingredients like cheese dont deliver the experience I expected from the reviews. Its on par with a California Pizza Kitchen

Best wood grilled pizza we have ever had and a selection of modern food combinations. Meat eaters & vegetarian alike can enjoy this menu. Excellent selection of craft beers. Happy staff. Hot tip: on Mondays a draft beer plus 10" pizza - $12.

Not only is the food great , & the service great, they have a root beer on tap that is the best root beer I have ever had. I have had my share of root beer. Go for the food and environment, stay for the root beer.

Great food and craft beer selection. Favorite go to are the BBQ wings...crispy and flavorful. Best wings ever. Tri-tip sandwich is fantastic too. Never had a meal here 4th that i didnt thoroughly enjoy.

Great pizza, excellent food and really kid friendly. They provide an activity sheet with a bucket of crayons for the kiddos. Ive had their cheese, shrimp pesto and the principal. All great pizzas!

Great wood oven fired pizza!! Had the bbq chicken pizza and it was one of the best chicken pizzas Ive ever tasted! Service here is a little bland so dont expect too much from the servers.
