Food is always good when the Employees can actually get youre order correct. I almost always phone in orders and there was a time I placed an order and some random person who happen to have the same name as me(which btw is a very rare rare name) picked up my order. Wow seriously though. Ridiculous. Either they are that dumb or were just goofing off and never actually put in my order, either way its a place of business. Wheres the professionalism??? The customer service is absolutely horrible geeze!!! Its unbelievable theres actually people like them that have paying jobs...very rude, fast talking and dont always listen to exact orderS correctly. Its a shame because the food is always excellent but Im getting to the point where I do not even want to phone in orders due to the poor customer service. Please people change your attitude or find a new job. I sure hope it gets better and soon:/

This place has gotten worse and worse. Ownership is not paying attention. I went this evening and ordered garlic parmesan and mild boneless wings. Three of the five garlic parmesan wings were halfway seasoned and the mild wings had no seasoning. After arguing on phone with the night manager about how they dont sauce their wings a lot (which is totally opposite from my experience every time Ive eaten there) and being unable to convince her that they produced a bad product, I drove back with the mild wings. Even after she saw the completely dry wings, she still tried to defend the sauceless product. She wanted to just sauce and reheat my wings. Sure, dry out the wings even more. She refused to just have them prepared properly when I returned so I would have a fresh, once-heated product. I will have to be dragged here to eat here again.

Store #682 (Manteca) On 7/19/17, The night started off bad when I tried to call in my order twice and both times I was placed on hold (not by Stephanie) for a lengthy amount of time (7+min). My night turned around due to our cashier Stephanie who provided us with excellent customer service and who personally made sure our order was perfect. Stephanie clearly knows the meaning of making sure the customer is happy. Michael and I come here weekly ordering our usual; as we value Wing• Stop I would love for Wing•Stop to value us their customers.

I really like the food and the location, the staff totally needs to be trained properly on how to treat customers and work with food. Staff is super sloppy, un kempt and cares less what you need, heres your food, get out! I come here and feel like I am being helped by the greesy sloppy boy from krusty burger. Please improve your staff and make this place a 5 star joint. I call ahead, know what I want before so, come in pick up and go... dealing with these people makes me mad, but I do enjoy the food

By far my favorite wingstop, the food has always been great and Ive always liked the staff. I really enjoy hot food so the atomic and mango habanero wings are my favorites. The atomics have great flavor underneath the heat. My only complaint is theyre ridiculously busy in peak hours so seating and wait times can be a problem.

Bad customer service. The girl at the cash register was rude. This location should evaluate their employees work performance from time to time, would be a good idea, if they cant do their job properly, then find people who can. Food was good, but wont be back due to bad service.

Pro-They have this new spice for the wings & its the bomb Con-Its to small I dont know what they were thinking when they built it! I would eat there more often if provided more space. You might as well sit with the other people you dont know

This place is terrible ! I had a bad experience here dealing with the workers, they gave us an extra beer cup so they thought we had a minor drinkin so they called the cops on us! I just think yhe workers were discriminative to ASIANS.

Wings are tiny, food is super salty/oily/expensive and you have to wait for it too. You get better deals buying from any given pizza shop where the wings are bigger and tastier and delivered to you.

Awesome food and fries! This place has the best fries and yeastrolls in merced in my opinion! Prepare to deal with crowds of people, but its worth the wait.
