Really poor customer service... Im always greeted with attitudes of people that dont like their jobs. :/ Everytime Ive placed a take out order, the workers had no idea what to say, didnt know their own menu, and were too often eager to hang up. This review is coming after trying to place a phone order, and being met with that same attitude. Edit: food has changed, time to find a new sushi place... customer service is still bad. Stopped in for lunch, server not only tried giving my food to another table, but also forgot to give me my soup. Teriyaki been sauce is gritty and no longer tastes fresh. I kept giving this place a chance, but its been nothing just downhill.

Bad service, they ran out of both chicken for the chicken bowls and salmon for the poke bowls. When asked why they didnt have these items the answer was "because were closing soon," it was 7:30 (they close at 8). The real reason, I suspect, is because they did not want to prepare these items. Perhaps if you do not want to serve food until 8 you should simply close at 7:30 rather than provide sub par service to your customers. The food was decent and not too badly priced, but wont return do to HORRENDOUS service.

David was great, every time my wife and I went to eat. However, the one day David was not there we received horrible service and the food tasted different. Go when David is there youll receive top notch service and great food . If it had not been for the 1 bad experience they wood get 5 stars. One of the female employees did nothing but talk loud the whole time we were there about personal issues very unprofessional. Keep up the great work David.

Ive been coming here for years and the food has never disappointed. Whether you order to go or dine in the food is delivered in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable especially for such high quality food. I recommend everyone come and enjoy the best sushi Long Beach has to offer.

I was standing there for more then 15mins and they didnt even ask if I needed help and they took so long to make our sushi rolls when it was just us in there and another couple.

This place sucks, it took them 2 hours to bring my food. If anything dont deliver from tgus place. They suck. I still havent got my food.
