I use to work at a customer service before so it does hurt me writing this but I just cant wake the service they do in this place, they are always unhappy, sloppy, slow and even the manager doesnt seems to like that place, the first time I was there they were surprised that I had a mobile order done there, than the second time they almost screamed at me for a mobile order too, and just last night I was craving a caramel coffee as I like to ask for it every time, but they had other plans, it was only 3 cars away from me and the guy literally took him 15 min for 3 coffees, than when I got to the window they even put what I asked for even though they charged me for it, plus they run out of honey, I told the guy it was OK for regular sweetener it took him about 3 min to pour 4 pumps and give me my coffee, its redundant to say that I was late to work and my coffee taste just wrong. So I write this hopefully for a new customer to see this and not go there until they fix those behaviors I understand those guys need a job, but its not hard to do it and theyre making like its the most difficult job in the entire world, so easy to say that I will never coming back to this place, I rather spent the long lines at Stockton than paying for a drink that I wont like

I went on Saturday 12/3/2016 around 2:10pm. It was two cars ahead of me up by the window, but I waited a at the ordering screen for about 5mins before even being asked "how can I help you" I asked for two drinks and a multigrain bagel, they didnt have the bagel, asked for a plain bagel, they didnt have that, I was told "we really dont have any pastries left" I said okay forget it Ill just take the drinks. I dont know what the hold up was but two cars in front of me and they took 5 minutes with each car. I finally make it to the window and no one, I mean No one comes to the window to take my money, greet me, or even say itll be a while... Nothing. I can see them in the window making drinks and the girl workin the drive thru taking orders. I sat there for about 7mins before just driving off empty-handed. I spend tons of money with starbucks everyday and this was the worst experience Ive ever had.

The place is slow and made some bad coffee, at 5-6 bucks a cup I expect better service or at least better coffee, the white mocha I ordered wasnt the treat I usually get from starbucks it was mostly milky with a hint of coffee, and I barely got any white chocolate

Located off the freeway, but they are soooo slow. The counters were all gross. Covered in spilled drinks, straw wrappers, dirty napkins. Super unorganized. People The napkin dispensers were all empty. The bathroom was gross. No tp.

Very friendly people, nice environment, but they NEVER have cold brew coffee! They always say "theyre out", but I was told by one of the baristas that they always forget to brew it.. Im dissapointed EVERY single time I come here.

This location has a convienant drive thru with quick service time. Service inside is quick too,with clean tables and counters. Friendly baristas who are always helpful and patient when I let me kids order.

No refills? Wtf!? Im able to get refills at every other Starbucks but apparently at this one they "never had that policy". Fail!!!! Got my order wrong on top of that! Never going to this Starbucks again...

Open everyday of the year... a great stop on the 5 in your way to many parts of cali. Trash cans out front and clean restrooms inside...best of all coffee and treats!

They dont take your old Starbucks cups to throw away at the drive thru and they dont provide garbage cans outdoors. Besides this, service is slow!
