Went through the drive through late night... they had a lot of people working so I figured that means fast and accurate service... wrong.. I had to clarify my order SEVERAL times when we FINALLY got to the window (atleast 15-20 minutes later... literally) they still had the order wrong... another 15 minutes later we get our food... over 30 min waiting in the drive through is not cool. To make it even worse as we are waiting at the window I realize why its taking so long... the guys working are joking around with eachother AND their friends inside on the other side of the counter... Ive been there twice with the same type of experienced... I would avoid this one.

If youre from Chicago and youre craving a Chicago Style Hot Dog, then this is the place to go!! Make sure you get the all beef w/sport peppers. Numm!!! The fries are good the ice- cream is awesome (Tastee-Freez! My Mom worked at Tastee-Freez in Chicago long long time ago)!! And the staff is always very friendly!

There were a couple of issues with this place. First, I had to wait some time before they took my order. They did not even acknowledge I was waiting, even though they saw me. The second thing was the dining room had not been cleaned. Most of the tables were dirty. I wont be coming here again.

Never been to a Wienerschnitzel this bad before. Stale buns, disgusting reheated all day dogs, grease dripping fries. The soda machine inside was covered with rust and corrosion near the top. I usually like this hot dog chain, but this place is TERRIBLE.

I was very dissapointed in the service at this location. I went through the drive thru and it took about 20 mins to finally get the food. I saw someone who went in to get his food leave with his order before anybody in the drive thru even moved.

Nobody outdoes Wienertschnitzels chili! This store is always busy & the staff friendly. They could spend a few more minutes cleaning & stocking the beverage/condiment area, but otherwise a great experience. We visit about once a month

First time customer to this place because I had a gift certificate. The taste freeze cone was ok; the food was fast-service food with little protein. But the service was SO SWEET AND CONSIDERATE! We would come back just for this.
