I actually got there at almost closing time. I hesitantly asked if me ordering would keep them past closing time. The guy behind the counter didnt even try to make me feel bad, "were just being lazy", hollared at everyone to keep working and took my order anyway. Lazy is the last thing I would call these guys. They work very hard. By the way, FYI the thousand island sauce is called "spread".

This store is ALWAYS slammed and disappointing. Tonight had to send back 2 out of four burgers and our fries. For the amount of time we waited, and the cost we could have had our meal in a sir down restaurant. Also, tonight (11/7/15) the whole restaurant was filthy, floors, etc. Regardless of how busy, someone should always be assigned to clean.

Horrible... one of the WORST In-n-Outs I have ever been to... Soggy burgers, crappy fries, and employees did not seem happy to be working there. This store was dirty and I could barely here them when my number was called out. The manager, Eric, was rude and a chauvinist when I complained about my burger... Dont even bother going to this In-n-out.

This location is very busy....no drive thru....and hard to find parking. Like most In-N-Out places...Their customer service was pleasant..upbeat and friendly. The burger and fries as usual are the best burger you can get in Southern California. If it wasnt for the long lines, long wait, and no drive through I would give it 5 stars.

I went to get lunch for my boss as a thank you and they ended up messing up my order. They put normal onions on instead of the grilled and didnt put the animal-style fries in the bag. I didnt notice until I had already driven away and by then it was too late and I was out a few dollars. :/ So much for my appreciation gift.

If you want a no frills type burger joint, this is your place. My burger came as a medium, so Ill probably ask for medium rare the next time. Condiments and toppings bar to build your burger with the standard lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc. A good neighborhood spot if you just want to get the job done.

The staff is friendly and the food is about the same as every other In-N-Out Burger location. This location does not have a drive through and you have to battle the shopping mall parking lot. During the holiday shopping season, I dread having my relatives ask me to pick food up at this location.

I love the food, sometimes a little crowded, no drive-in. Parking a bit hard to find close, but the mall is almost deserted, so parking is available. Friendly staff, clean, fast even though your number is often 20 higher than the numbers being called, often the wait is less than 5-10 minutes.

Terrible, my order was lost it took 37 minutes and my order over cook I asked if there was any voucher the server said he would get his supervisor . It never happened. I have had better experiences in NorCal. This should not of happen. Guest 52 170 6 100 6057 2017-08-23.

Location is busy at lunch time, as expected, but was still fast moving and delicious. My patty was cooked medium, which I have never had before from In-N-Out. I always prefer my burgers cooked well. Food was still delicious and I know I can trust the quality of their food.

Make sure to try the awesome special menu! I usually get a Double Double Animal Style (patties are grilled with mustard or "mustard fried", add pickles, add grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and extra spread.) You can also get fries animal style too.

In & out one of the best burguer place in california ...what i cant believe is that there so cheap but rich in flavor ....satisfaction guarantee.....for your brain ,,stomach..and most important,,,,pokets ha ha ha ha ha ...thats a full satisfaction

First time coming to California. I live in New Jersey. Everybody I know says go. To me it wasnt very impressive. Service was slow, burgers arent great, French fries either.... Burgers reminded me of McDonalds. It just isnt that impressive.

The hamburgers were of the good quality that I am accustomed to from In-N-Out. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The place was packed because it was during the lunch rush, but I received my order in a timely manner.

Always good at In-N-Out. My favorite is cheeseburger animal style, fries, and chocolate shake. Friendly staff. Very clean dining area. Food comes out fast and fresh. Love this place!

Wasnt that bus busy but they were very slow and I dont know why they ever ties meal 1 2 and 3 but ring up everything separately doesnt make any sense and the french fries were cold

I dont care what anybody says there is no better double cheeseburger than an In-N-Out! You can customize your burger anyway you want and if you know the hidden menu even better.

Aside from my car igniting & burning up in the parking lot here, no complaints! Everything youd expect from In N Out, except NO drive thru! Wish there was a Drive-Thru...

This is a large location and at almost 2pm was still packed. They still managed to serve up the food quickly and with a great attitude. Super clean interior as always.

No drive through. If you have a car load of kids and dont want everyone to get out, dont stop here. Place is a zoo and didnt have a drive through
