돼지갈비 주문 하여 유리로 오픈된 주방을 무심코 보고 있었는데, 이미 구워담아놓은 스텐통 에서 갈비를 꺼내는데 직원이 장갑도 없이 손으로 집어서 작은통 으로 옮기고 주인인 여자도 맨손 으로 같이 갈비를 집어 옮기더군요. 그런모습 손님에게 보일려고 주방을 유리로 오픈 했는지??? 써빙하는 직원에게 이야기 하니까. 주인여자는 탄고기를 골라 냈다고 하네요.. 그럼, 일하는직원이 손으로 고기를 잡아 옮기는 것을 옆에서 보고 있으면서 왜 지적을 하지 않았을 까요 !!!

Salted baby-back ribs and Dongchimee (cold noodle) are the best in whole So Cal...in my humble opinion. I have tried many places for the same type of dishes. This place is the best. Also any soups and seafood dishes are extraordinary. It was surprising to find out seafood dishes are very delicious at this place since it is better known for BBQ. This place is usually very busy especially during weekends. Waitress are sometimes not attentive but when you call them out, they are quick and helpful. Bon appetite ~

Their already well known for their korean style BBQ pork ribs. If you dont know what they are... Try and youll see the hype on korean bbq. The flavor is sweet, smoky and spicy but not the burn your mouth spicy... Its cooked perfectly and its supreme soft. I also go there for the pick 3 lunch special for under $20.

Good food, however not for beef. You want to go here for the pork ribs instead. They have beef for BBQ, however the beef is not as good as other placed. They also have cold noodle dishes for hot days.
