My family of 4 had a great labor day weekend camping and staying in a cabin at the lighthouse resort . friendly staff , great area for water skiing on the delta , decent boat launch and docks that were not crowded , plenty of boat trailer parking at the resort . We had a great tri tip meal with coleslaw and soda at the clubhouse for only $7 each . Ice cream social $1 scoop was fun . Kids loved the solar heated pool . The camp site was good with 110v power and water at the site which was shaded by lots of trees and on grass . Also 2 of us stayed in a cabin which was very clean and comfortable with a TV (all the channels ) , ac and full kitchen and bath , the cabin was much nicer than the cabin we stayed in at Lake berryessa for memorial day (pleasure cove marina) . The bed was very nice and it also had a pull out sofa we did not need to use . There is a good restaurant on the water with several dock spaces in front , my kids caught and released 10 striped bass from the dock . I am planning to return soon for another 3 day mini vacation .

I like this place a lot. Its a magnet for boaters, with its launch across the road. Also across the road is a restaurant and bar, frequently offering live entertainment on weekends. In the RV park itself theres a convenience store, and the clubhouse is huge. The staff is friendly too, that makes a big difference wherever you go. One thing you should know is that its a membership-only park; however, Im pretty sure theyll let you stay there a night or maybe two if you want to check it out and listen to their sales pitch about membership. Some things that need improvement are 1) Many of the sites get inaccessible in the wet, winter months; cmon, folks, some gravel would fix this! 2) Most of the sites that dont get flooded or muddy are water/electric only and are under a canopy of trees that make satellite dishes difficult, and 3) The laundry is scary: drains not working right, water on the floor, eww! Maybe by the time you get there these things will all be fixed.

We signed up over 5 years ago with the thinking that they were really going to upgrade the place. The pictures of the pool that was supposed to be put in was a huge sales pitch for me. That pool was not upgraded and the bathrooms need help! It was $3 per night to stay and for up to 10 ppl per site. Ive only noticed that they added sprinklers and remodeled the store. They apparently remodeled the club house too. They now charge more per night and only allow up to 8 ppl per site. I thought there were other resorts too but someone said thats not the case anymore??? The quarterly fee is really high!!!!! Im really regretting that we got sucked up in it :( too much money

Ive been a member for several years, love to visit and stay in cabins or tenting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The park is always clean and picked up, lawns well manicured. The pool is solar heated but sometimes a little chilly. They used to have boats for rent but they kind of wore out and became a liability. The cabins get a lot of wear and tear, people can be careless of property that is not theirs. I enjoy meeting people at the sites, very friendly and safe park. I prefer to stay here than go to the public campsite not far from Brennan Is. That place is dusty, worn out, not at all comfortable.

VETERANS BEWARE I BEEN A MEMBER OF LIGHTHOUSE MARINA FOR OVER TEN YEARS; DURING THAT TIME OWNERS HAVE BEEN COLLECTING DUES$ 83.oo QUARTER, MEAN TIME OWNERS WERE SELLING THERE PARKS OUT FORM UNDER THE MEMBERS, WHEN I SIGNED UP THERE WERE 4 PARKS FOR MY FAMILY TO VISIT NOW ONLY ONE PARK REMAINS ; NO NOTICE OF SALES TO MEMBERS ,NO WARNING MEMBERS & NO DUES REDUCTION . I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM OWNERS, I PLAN TO SUE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT & OVER PAYMENT. THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE WRONGED BY THIS COMPANY; WE CAN BE PART OF A CLASS ACTION SUIT.

This place is taking money and no upgrades , was told , boat dock with cover was being installed 5 years ago , Bait and swich ! Consumer Beware ! Dont get any contracts with this place . It says they can change the rules at any time .. Im waiting for a class action law suit on this dive ..

Most definetly the nicest Resort on the Delta Loop. Great atmosphere, service, lodging, and food. We loved the convinencce of the general store and the bar close by. Our hole family enjoyed the miniture golf, fishing, and friday night bingo game. We cant wait to visit again:)

There was only one person that worked there that was worth anything and told him that. Not anything like advertised. Sites without any power and sites with power and no sewer. People in office were beyond rude and liars to boot.

Very steep drive from the main road, bathroom are not clean, sites are not level, and lot of flooding. You have to sign up for a membership which is a rip off.

This was a great place to stay, we cant wait to go back. The lighthouse bar across the road was so much fun, especially since our kids and dog were welcome!
