Celebrated family birthday; waiter served a dish which I started eating and he realized the error. He then gave it to the patron who ordered it, even tho I already started eating it! Who does that? I suggested he not give it to her--he did! After we were all served he only returned to ask for bar drinks( not water ice tea refills. We waited, but he was being entertained by another birthday group of acquaintances. This is a second time we felt attention was not given to new patrons here. Hope you have a Better experience. By the way, my pasta didnt come with bread;, the first dish I want arced did! (I had already started eating one of the pieces!)

I visited Petes with a friend during dinner time and the food was ok and keep in mind it was only two of us, BUT when I got my tab the waitress charged a mandatory 18% tip???? I usually pay 20%! I complained to the staff about whats up with this mandatory 18% tip charge for two people and the waitress couldnt give me an answer? Probably wont be taking any friends here for awhile!

Love it at Petes. Its the best local place to go for the Granite Bay neighborhood. As for that review by David Israelyan, the point of sales system at Petes in Granite Bay doesnt have the ability to add an automatic gratuity, as I asked management about it. Not sure if he was at a different location when this happened, but I know that it didnt happen here.

Wow, they changed names to Granite Bay Ale House and quality dropped. 30-40% open tables on Saturday night but not seating people. Looks like backend kitchen problem. Ask for 5 beers on menu, 2 in stock. Also, no light beers Corona, Stella, etc......come on...they have full bar. Going down hill if they dont figure out.! Food below average.

Formerly Petes. Menu is similar but new. Seemed a bit empty on Monday at lunch. The restaurant itself has a great outdoor seating option overlooking the water. Service was good but nothing special. Everyones food tasted great. I had a pizza similar to Hawaiian but with a unique sweet/spicy flavor

LOVE this locations! Amazing lunch specials- great bang for your buck. Pasta special includes pasta of choice, soup or salad, and garlic bread! SO good! Would recommend any of the lunch specials, honestly. Its not too busy around that time, and the ambiance is still great.

I gave a 3. If you eat there it is great. Dont order delivery. I had a pizza that had been dropped on the side. The order is often wrong and tonight they quoted 45 to an hour and it has been an hour and a half. Eat at the restaurant and you will be happy.

Came on a Thursday night. Great music. Beautiful outdoor setting. Had the prime rib French dip sandwich with beer battered fries and the lettuce wraps and a glass of wine. The food was great and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this place.

Used to frequent when it was Petes and by all accounts Id say an improvement with the new name and possibly management. Service was good with two little ones and pizza was great. Beer selection was again good and overall a good experience. Well be back.

Unless you are a ma massive baseball fan dont come here its baseball all the time and the manager she wont Chang it. So if you want to watch anything else dont bother and they love to look over the laws and let 12 year old kids in and look the other way.

Always great atmosphere, music, and food! I love live music. Attentive staff. A beautiful bar with a growing microbrew selection. The Outside area in the summer is so wonderful. Im ordering a delicious pizza tonight. Enjoy

While Petes that used to be at this location will be missed, GB Alehouse is doing a great job of taking its place. The menu is actually shares quite a few Petes items like the always-delicious pizza knots.
