I ordered there many times because we live down the street. First they have messed up on our orders to many times to count, once I complained, they said theyd note it on the system and give a free pizza next time we order, and that was a total lie, acted like we were a bunch of free loaders when we tried to get them to follow through on what they said. The last straw for me was today when I called, and I was finalizing my order, the lady just stopped talking, didnt say shes putting us on hold nothing, and I could tell she was holding her hand over the phone, and I heard her in the background saying shes going to hang up on these **** or something insulting. This place is shockingly bad, but there is billions of people in the area so theyll always stay in business and just keep disappointing their never ending supply of customers.

Pizza Hut in Glendale CA on Glenoaks Blvd. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely No manners of talking with customers and people overall. Very mean employees. Ive been their customer more than 5 years, but after their rude behavior Im done.

Ive always liked the place. This place has different types of pizzas and the waiters are friendly, too.But I recommend the Minnesota Pizza Hut rather than the CA Pizza Hut
