Pieology Pizza is the best non-fast food chain pizza restaurant in Fullerton, and the cities surrounding. The first thing you notice when you walk inside is the urban design. The trash bins are styled after construction barrels, the line area walls are sheet metal, and the air conditioning ducts are out in the open. (much like a department warehouse) The design is very similar to the Chipotles across the street. One thing that is different, is all along the walls, there are quotes from famous scientists, philosophers, and actors. There are even a few from people you havent heard of, but fascinating nevertheless. But the true thing that makes a restaurant is the food. Your pizza is custom made, from the type of cheese to the toppings. The pizza itself is about a foot in diameter, but the crust is thin, making a suitable meal for one or two people. However, the price is a bit high for the size: $7.00 is what you pay for 1 pizza, not including sales tax. If you are a healthy-eating kind of person, they also offer salads. If you are looking for a pizza place that serves a party, Pieology may not be the one to choose. The pizza is a bit small for 2 people, and the price does not help. It is not for buying many at one time. But if you are just looking for a nice new place to eat delicious pizza, with great service and GREAT pizza (can you tell I like the pizza? :), Pieology is definitely worth stopping bye.

If youre in Fullerton and craving pizza you can create your own customizable pizza at a reasonable price here! This place looks exactly like a Chipotle, except with pizza instead of a burrito. I like that theres lots of seating, that they have a lot of toppings, and that it is pretty cheap! Highlights for me were the wheat dough and the $2 cinnamon dessert pizza. I would say the location is kinda out of the way unless you are a CSUF student, so its definitely not worth it to drive here unless you are less than 10 minutes away. The service was good and the pizzas were done pretty quickly. Crowd is mostly college students, and you can probably expect a small line but not too long of a wait. I wish they had an oreo pizza or ice cream pizza, but maybe that would sacrifice efficiency. Overall, this place is pretty good. Not as good as 800 degrees, but Im a little biased since Im a Bruin :)

Thinking of having a nice, crispy, juicy, healthy, good for your wallet kind of meal? Well, Pieology meets all these requirements. Its like Chipotle for pizza. First, you get in line(which can be really long), and decide how many types of meats or vegetables you want on your pizza, then you can add 1 or 2, heck you can add all the meats and vegetables for the same low price of $7.50. The long wait can be daunting, but the speed at which you wait for your food is SERIOUSLY LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! I timed them, seriously less than 5. The food is ridiculously good, and the service is awesome too. FYI 1. While waiting in line send someone to get a table because space is rather limited. 2. No tomato unless you want your pizza a little wet.

This place specializes in pizza and they do it really well. So dont go here thinking that their dessert menu is where their strength is at. Their business model is outstanding and they have very reasonable prices. I could write a full fledged review on it but wont waste your time. So far at the date of my post this establishment is rated at 4 1/2 stars. Whoever brought it down by that 1/2 point must not get it. If youre a true foodie... Go here. Its WELL worth the commute and experience. Word of advice: Its busy here. Very busy. So if you want to have fun while waiting in the long line, look across at KFC which is visible from the left-side window. You can have a good laugh trying to figure out why nobodys in that restaurant.

I like these places where everyone can get what they want. It satisfies picky eaters. And no one has to settle. Pieology is great because the toppings are unlimited. Everything was fresh, tasted great and was quickly served to our table. I love the variety of toppings and being able to get something different since it is all yours. No one would eat my all veggie pizza. The only complaint is the place is really loud. Chairs that scrape and squawk on a cement floor coupled with loud music and a interior with no noise reduction features, created a meal where you cant talk during the meal when it is busy. And it was busy. We pretty much hurried up and ate, which might be their goal. Get you in and out fast! Good food - loud place.

This place is seriously amazing, they serve some of the best pizza I have ever had. For something like $7.50 you get to order your pizza and put on whatever toppings you like. My personal favorite is the BBQ chicken. My first time there I ate the whole thing, which was definitely a mistake. I thought I would explode afterward. Now my wife and I split one and it is plenty. We sometimes get the desert pizza (cinnamon sugar with some sort of cinnamon roll frosting drizzled over it). It is sooo good and only $2.50. I would go there just for that if it was a little closer to my house. Overall, I would highly recommend Pieology if you are looking for good and affordable pizza. The staff there is also really friendly.

I love Pieology, especially this location. Ive never had a bad experience here. The only thing that came close was the one time where the line was so long that it went around the restaurant and through the back exit door and I had to wait in line next to the ramen place next door, but that shows how good this place is. I like how you can have your pizza your way. The cinnamon dessert is also something that I highly recommend. The staff here are really courteous and helpful, the atmosphere is very chill, and parking isnt bad at all since its in a shopping center parking lot. I definitely recommend this place.

A few of my clients came in wanting to go out for some lunch after our meeting. The three of us were all up to out go for pizza, but over speaking we all had different tastes in toppings. Had heard from one of our employees that Pieology had not only great food, but they custom prepared the meals in front of you. After deciding on taking the trip out, I can honestly say, that was some of the best pizza ever along with excellent service!! If you’re looking for great pizza and a good environment, Pieology serves great pizza! Try it...

I tend to rate Pieologies by how generous they are with their cheese. When I say I want extra, extra, extra, when you think its too much, add more cheese, I expect it to be basically overflowing with cheese. Not a problem with this place. They will pile on as much cheese and toppings as your heart desires at no extra charge, that is the magic of Pieology. My wallet thanks you but the 25,000 calories now in my stomach doesnt. I forgot to mention, im slightly lactose intolerant. It is absolutely worth it though!
