Im sorry, I really wanted to like it, but I just couldnt. I havent had Little Caesars in many years, and I thought Id give it another chance. Its not good. First of all they have this new "Hot and Ready" concept, where all of the pizzas are pre-cooked and sitting in a warmer. I dont want a fast pizza if its going to be horrible quality. How about you take your time and make me a good pizza. Do like Dominos or Pizza Hut, who know how to make good pizza at a low cost. It can be done! And your wings are horrible! Again, do what your competitors are doing. Again it is possible to make good wings at a low cost. Little Caesars has taken the path of low cost at the expense of horrible quality!

Start doing good business and youll get me back in the door! My wife and I show up with a Boys Scout coupon we recently purchased as part of a coupon package the scouts put on with those coupon book deals. We walk in the place with the coupon and are told they will not accept it, without the employee looking at the thing. Their address and location is listed on the coupon, so why wouldnt they accept it? If you cant accept the coupon, you shouldnt be part of the Scouts fundraising program. I think its pretty slimy thing to use the Scouts to lure in new business, and then not honor the discount that was pledged. Just about as scumbag-y as it gets in my opinion.

I ordered a veggie pizza with no onions and instead they made a supreme with onions. They gave me my money back I asked if I could just get a cheese pizza and they didnt even have that prepared so I left. Horrible service, I waited there for absolutely no reason and ended up being late to work. I would not recommend going there at all I will stick to the Little Caesars I normally go to they dont ever mess up my orders.

Everyday from 5-7 they have a line out the door. Why dont they prepare better for this? Because they dont thave enough employees and the one that they do have are some of the stupidest people you will ever see. Not hot and ready. Terrible employees. Lower quality than most Little Ceasers.

$5 for a large pizza cannot be beat! One could only hope that the pizza you get isnt cold... cause being ready does not guarantee that it will be hot as well.
