Pieology is like the Subway of pizzas, but with much better quality ingredients. I like the various amounts of toppings to choose from. And I like the thin crust. Its crunchy but still a little dough-y. My mom and I ordered a pizza each, and we had leftovers for the next day. I applaud the service too. We were going to split a pizza and salad, and my mom didnt like how the salad was pre-packaged. She thought they were going to make it fresh also. We were at the cash register and the gentleman offered to do a pizza for her instead of making her go back to the end of the line. This is a nice family-friendly place to get a yummy pizza.

Pizza crust was thin and crispy.. toppings were a bit sparse , considering youre paying $10 a pie... the tables and chairs were not clean and had crumbs and other memorabilia from previous visits.. the manager decided to have a worker/ personel meeting and review, at the table next to us while we ate. Im all for it , but would prefer if I dont have to be a part it. Id rather she take a broom to the floor and a cloth to the tables and chairs instead. Im hoping the management above the manager at the store, will take notice of this..

I recently found out that Blaze & Pieology pizzerias both offered gluten free pizza crusts that are both vegan and daiya vegan cheese!! Personally I dont like the daiya cheeses, but its always good to have them offered. I like Pieology GF crusts more because they are not incredibly thin such as at Blaze. Im working on a few vegan favorites. Im really happy to have found these 2 restaurant options for hand made vegan pizza! Before then, I only had the option of frozen ones which I didnt really enjoy. 5 stars for me

We tried this last night based on recommendations from our friends. There was a delay in getting our order in. The tables were dirty and the metal chairs had no rubber stoppers on the bottom, so they created extremely loud noise whenever the chairs were moved by patrons. We got our pizza promptly however my wifes pizzas veggies were undercooked. My pizza was good but way too salty. The reason why I am giving a one star is that in the morning we both got upset stomaches. No food should ever make you sick.

The best make your own pizza in the Bay Area , You can go there and custom build any type of pizza you want, The management and staff goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated. One of the most friendliest Pizzeria in the Bay area. If youre anywhere near Fremont California and want the best experience making a personalized Pizza . Then I highly recommend going to Pieology the perfect Pizzeria.

It was good pizza. I was a little disappointed that this location did not have butter (without herbs) as an option on the crust as the other location I have been to does. My daughter doesnt know the difference but when we sat down to eat she pointed out to me that her pizza at this one didnt taste the same.

Great location and service. I recommend trying their wheat crust. You can add as much toppings as you want. I also recommend putting pesto as an after-bake. The prices are reasonable and you dont have to wait too long for your pizza.

My pizza literally fell apart when I tried to have a slice. Way too much oil pooled in the middle and the thin cracker-like crust couldnt support the weight of the cheese and toppings. Terrible pizza place.
