It took a half an hour to get out of there, the service was super slow, got both of our orders wrong. And the ice cream was already melted by the time i got it.The guy that made the shakes didnt make them thick enough and the one we asked to put toppings on got an extreme amount of them which made the already messed up shakes even worse. Never going back.

It closes at 10:30 and NOT 11. It was 10:29 and the lady closed the door in our face. Definitely NOT excellent customer service. If you care about your business you need update your times. When we told the people working there, they said "yea whatever"
