85 degrees is an interesting bakery that it is an Asian Bakery but somehow extremely dabbles into French pastries for some stereotypical or prejudicial reason to elevate the lack of pastries that Asia offers. however having said that the pastries are very good they have a lot of cream puffs, croissants, cakes and coffees. when I ordered my coffee they wanted to do a predetermined recipe of how much creamer and what type of sweetener and how much goes into my coffee which I thought was rather odd. you can walk all around the bakery and open these clear plastic bins and put pastries on a tray that you get when you walk in along with a pair of tongs and select that your hearts content. in the front of the store there is a glass refrigerated section with whole multi layer cakes and other desserts. overall the bakery is really good with nice Ambience and layout once you get past the strange Asian appropriation of things European, you have a assortment of French pastries and some Asian pastries sprinkled in.

another new location for 85c. the plaza is new so the stores there are all new. the staff was good there.. i took my daughter there the first time and she accidentally touch one of the pastry. the worker there immediate took it and threw it away....wasteful.. but glad that they are on top of thing... i dont want to buy food thats been tough by someone else hands so I get it... just felt bad that my toddler was making mess for them..maybe next time they could ask if I would want to buy it before throwing it away?

As much as I love their pastry and food items like the rest of the reviews, they make an excellent Americano and that keeps me consistently coming back. When I cant get to a Clover Brew system Starbucks, this is my go to spot for a decent cup of black coffee in Cypress. Its always fresh tasting, and consistent. Its uncommon to find consistency in coffee, a lot of shops have their fair share of bad coffee batches, 85 seems to get it right each time.

Not personally my cup of tea (literally I didnt like the hot tea, tasted fine in the cold version). The dessert here were hit or miss with me. I bought a strawberry tiramisu which tasted not to my liking at all, but the breads were good. Overall a decent bakery with a wide range of flavors and options just be aware not everything is suited to everyone in my opinion.

Their pastries are fresh and not too sweet. Got to try everything, so far, everything is my favorite! My fav drink is their iced sea salt coffee, always a good pairing with my goodies. This location is smaller than the others, conveniently located next to Cypress High School. Lines are not too crazy on weekends. Definitely worth a visit when Im in the area.

Great pastries. Wonderful taro filled options. Drinks are amazing. I love all their mocha, sea salted drinks...just need to up the customer service a bit. Put a smile on your faces, suggest drinks, options....and if youre going to give some customers coupons, give it to all!!!! Otherwise a great place I patron weekly!

Love this place! Excellent pastries and drinks with lots of variety. Their Sea Salt coffee is really good and Im not big on iced coffee. Their coffee in general is well made and smooth. My favorite drink is the passion fruit green tea and food is the egg tart.

Such great treats! My family and i love this place. Great substitute for doughnuts to bring to work. There can be a short wait in line but the employees are always quick and very nice. Everything is always delicious.

Poor customer service and very poor explanation of how products are made. The employees lacked customer service experience. Also, the bread they bake is too dark, thus not thoroughly enjoying it.
