Came here to meet with family for my mothers bday. Food was better than I remember in years past , except for the halibut my gf ordered which was obviously (smell and taste) old. I was amazed that the cook and waitress would actually serve it, although it was taken off the bill. Service was literally a laughing matter, just horrible. The server was a young female who messed up every chance she had, and every beer and bottle of wine took around 10 mins+ plus before it reached the table. Then no wine opener given with an unopened bottle, and then she couldnt even open it on her own. Management better train their staff better and step their game up.....lots of better places for the money.

WORST experience ever! I have never had a problem at any yard house. They messed up my friends order. She asked for no tomatoes on her sandwich and of course they put tomatoes. They gave me the wrong dish, which was disgusting. We were on our lunch break and they took forever. We had 15 mins to eat and didnt really eat anything because it was gross and had no time to eat after our food sat under the heat lamps for 20 minutes. The manager seen how upset we were didnt offer to take the charge off. He literally didnt care one bit. NEVER going back. If you go be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for your food when the restaurant is empty.

Food is great as expected. Service at this location is not. Visited on Monday Night Football night, place was not packed as you would think (for such an unusually small Yard House location in comparison to others), yet we still had dreadfully SLOW service! The seating, ordering, waiting, and billing was all done at a pace of a hungover snail. Our server also somehow doubled one of our orders with "special requests", but that was taken care of with no issues. All in all, we were satisfied, but I think the staffs attentiveness will make us think about other options if we find ourselves in Chino Hills for Dinner time again.

Fun place to have a few drink and grab some food. The ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly. We sampled a few beers before deciding.Ordered our drinks and two veggie appetizers - the crispy brussell sprouts and the buffalo cauliflower. Both fried but since they were vegetables, we felt like it was justified. Service was slightly slow but overall good. The brussell sprouts were just the leaves - interesting but kept thinking youd get a stalk somewhere in there! The cauliflower was deliciously fried. Overall a cool spot.

I ordered a guacamole with chips and chicken tenders. I was with a group of friends, they got their food except me and my other friends drink. 30 mns passed and I still didnt get my food and my friends were done with theirs. I called Diego the waiter over and he tells me that "I am sorry but your order didnt go through and the kitchen is close". They should really pay attention to their guests and not make them wait 30 mns for a food that was never ready.

I would give the, 3.5 stars if I could. I live in Santa Clarita so if Im craving dim sum this is one of the closer spots - its not the best best but its really cheap and pretty good. I like any of their shrimp dim sums and the cart that fries the rice paper thing is delicious!! I would pass of the egg tarts and duck though. If u want really good egg tarts good to the Chino Hills - a bit far for me some times but really good!!

Took my dad for his birthday, what a mistake that was. 20 min wait time to be seated was OK but the 30 min wait time for drinks and an extra 35 min just for appetizers, then another 35min for the main orders to arrive. The food was good but the wait time was just to much, and the lighting is terrible, it was on some kind of timer that went from dim to dimmer every 10 min or so. Terrible experience never again will I go there

I used to respect this place. Nice manager, service, and great food. However, just recently, I lost my retainers at this restaraunt. I called back and they said that they would look to see if they found it. They never called. One hour later,I called and they put me on hold. FOR 20 minutes, they put me on hold. I decided to hang up after... I will NEVER eat here at this sh#thole again as long as they have horrible service.

beware,left this restaurant at 6pm and went back to home straightly, begun from 8pm tons of unauthorized charges on my credit card which i just used to check out at Yardhouse! have had to call the bank to close the CC and reported stolen... read some posts online, crooked restaurant staff clone your cc, Im not telling the waitress at Yardhouse played something on my CC, you make your own thinking. :-(

Sucks came to drink and have some fun and take my girl out to drink with our family but one of the waitress says she cannot drink she looks drunk. Bearly walked in and got some food. She brought the manager over twice and she made it uncomfortable and says my girl could not drink cause too drunk but she wasnt! and such bs .... Poor poor service

Im glad "Pint Night" finally came to Chino Hills,.... especially since the Yard House upped its game with the Chalkboard Series and other rotating kegs. My only criticism is the smaller variety of kegs available here and slow update of online info on what is available. Ive come several times only to find what was listed online was long gone.

I have seen Yard House restaurants but never had a chance to visit before. Im glad I did this time around. Very good food at very reasonable prices. I am delightfully surprised. And the restaurant was full to the brim on a Tuesday night, which should tell you something. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My husband and I had an overall good experience. The service was adequate, the wait staff was friendly and helpful. The meals we ordered were very delicious. I ordered the seared Ahi and my husband ordered an Ahi sandwich. Both were equally delectable. Nice atmosphere as well.

Yard House always delivers a great meal and solid drink. Whether you are looking for a great beer selection or an interesting cocktail, yard house has got it. The restaurant can be over crowded and the wait unbearable. Definitely call ahead to see if a reservation will be needed.

For vegetarians I feel this is the best bug chain restaurant. They have a whole list of soy based "meats" which taste pretty good. This one in particular was very quick with the service but we did go at 12am for a friends birthday so not too many people but it also wasnt empty.

We called Thursday, and they said we could be put on a wait list up to an hour before our arrival, on Sunday morning it was down to 20 minutes before, then, we called 20 minutes before and they said they were not wait listing people over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Friendly service. Came on a Sunday around 5pm and there was no line. This place had a vegan burger that my vegan girlfriend enjoyed. I got the fried chicken sandwich. It tasted delicious and even better with BBQ sauce. There are plenty of vegan options here.
