I left my school papers there.. I called an hr later, & they claimed they didnt find it.. i was reading it it there And I didnt go anywhere else after there. I go at kwando at least once a week when I eat out. Most like the waiter/waitress found it , they didnt not understand what it is & just throw it in a trash... I though kwando have at least have the Courtesy that if the customer left some kind of papers, they understand it or not, keep it for at least a week for their loyal customer instead of just throwing it away ...I was willing to ignored that fact that the cashier was so ignorant about the value of customer service, not saying ho when we walk-in and ignored me completely when i say table for two.. Most of the waitress/ waiter don not speak even the basic of English.. ( beside tea, water, or whatever your drink maybe ) food are great. But as far as Customer service goes.. I give them - 9

Management take note: I showed up, by myself mind you, 10min before the dinner time change. Asked if it was still lunch and they said no they change to dinner at 3:30, yet it was 3:20, which I made note of to them. This was the first time I been there and wanted to give them a try based upon the positive feedback online. Instead of the customer being right, they let me walk out, and lost out on the money I was willing to throw at them that day. A difference of $3 cost them not only my $7 for lunch, but all future patronage as well. Yes, I was being cheap, but Im a student on a budget. I should be used to poor customer service in Chico, but I am not, and I vote with my money. I insist that the customer is always right and the business should serve them. In todays economic climate, no business should be letting anyone walk out their door with their money, unless they want to go out of business!

My son, who is not a fan of this kind of cuisine, recommended this place to me. I knew it must be good if he likes it. The place is clean, the food kept hot, and fresh, and the selection is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the taste buds! I was surprised by how fresh, and delicious their sushi is! And their dim sum... Good Lord dreams are made out of that stuff! They have two hope bars, a sushi station, soup and app bar, salad bar, and a raw bar that you can select your delectable, fresh ingredients like fresh veggies, raw fish, chicken, pork, and steak, and they will grill it right up for you teppanyaki style, and a dessert bar and Ive created station. I counted one star off because they charge extra for you to take home your left-overs. Everything else, including the service, is just absolutely lovely!

Completely dissatisfied. They had a new grill that just opened up. Turns out, you cant have more than 2 plates or else the Chef will get in your face and yell at you to GTFO. They dont refill drinks. They glare at you and give you the check as soon as you sit down. Worst food ever. Dont go there. The sushi guy always gives a mean look when you grab too many. Overall, the food is awful, the service is f ucken horrendous, and the chef is a insane. I wanted him to cook 3 pieces of beef, he glared me in the eye and said he cook too much already. In my head, I was like, "b itch, im paying ur f ucken salary. give me the services that I paid for and expect for in a "all you can eat" restauraunt." DO NOT GO THERE. Im not the type to write reviews but this horrible experience compelled me to.

On yelp the prices say its lunch fri-sun so we decided to eat here on sunday. We got charged dinner price because apparently all day Sunday is dinner price. I was told there is a sign so I looked and there is but its in a place that is not easily visable. We had to track someone down to get refills and the restraunt was the dirtiest restraunt Ive been to in a very long time. We will never eat here again. Most horrible experience ever. If I was spoken to nicely and had the sign nicely explained to me instead of just saying thats not our website and we dont honor that and being spoken to like Im an idiot I could have overlooked the dirty restraunt and having to ask for a refill because it was busy. But at the very least they should speak to you like a human being.

Good tastey food. But its the same old menu for years now. customer service, they know no english. I tried to explain there is a bamboo stew in the low mein in the warmer tray, and the guy gave me a dumb red scared face like i was going to kill him at the moment. He just took it out with his two pinky, and says sorry, sorry. And walked off. I had to walk around looking for someone to refill our drinks all the time. No one in there barely speak english except the two serving lady. Good food, but bad service. Not a clean buffet. Dusty and horrible smelly bathroom. Ill still eat there but only time to time. Last but not least, everyone gets diahriha all the time after eating there. Somethings upnin the kitchen.

Nice Place but too many IF. Cook (bald Head) is Grumpy, Cooke my Mongolian Order very tasty but I ask for Extra spicy, got regular. Later My daughter asked for NO Spicy/NO CHILLY the cook put TONS of both Spice and Chilly!. Cook Not friendly at all. He will cater and bend over backyards if your White. This is America not your Colonial Asia. learn and treat all races with the same courtesy and respect. We all are PAYING CUSTOMERS. Waiters try but very limited in English communication. Last is the waiter who used the rest room while I was in there that Did NOT WASH his hands and just went back to serving customers. Hope no one gets sick but enjoy.

I have been here a few times. Sometimes the food is good some time its not. Tonight was the worst night ever! My son who is abiut to be a year loves food. He eats everything we give him the normal stuff he loves he spit it up and threw it on the ground with a face of nastyness why u feeding me this.. worst time ever..worst $30 bucks iv ever spent. Everything I eat tasted old even the fresh stuff they just brought out tasted funny, were their for 10 minutes before we asked for are check paid and left.. didnt even wanna pay..

I hate this place at first I thought"ok this is pretty cool a hibachi all you can eat grill" But unfortuinatly I was wrong,if you get more than two plates,the chef gets all in your face and says "NO ME COOK FOR U TOO MUCH!!!!!!" And when you get more than 3 pieces of pork he gets all in your face again. The only reason I went to this place was because I heard a lot of possitive feed back but I hate this place NEVER want to go back again!!!!!!!!!
