one star for todays customer service. I just went through their drive thru and the girl that took my order has absolutely no customer service skills. No smile, not even a friendly tone of voice. Im usually greeted by very friendly people at that jack in the box. Not happy with todays service.

I love the fact that its open 24 hours. Perfect for those post drinking hunger cravings. Workers tend to be more mellow and lifeless when you go at odd hours like at 3 AM. Great location as well and generally pretty fast drive-thru service.

This place sucks all around. The customer service is mediocre. The food is rarely ever fresh. The parking sucks. Drive through could get hectic. Good luck trying to exit the place when there is traffic out. Just try to avoid this place.

Bomb! They helped me make a stacked grilled cheese sourdough jack and it didnt even bother the girl! She was very sweet and they give a lot of sauce to top it off, gracias :)

Rude workers. Their tone when they speak is rude and make you feel like youre bothering them when you order. Most of them act as if theyre on their period. Even the men.
