Called over weekend to make reservation. Got called back next day, absolutely no problem making the reservation. I ordered pasta. It wasnt bad, but not something Id order again. Service was good. Table and chairs were good and comfortable. One odd note, when we got there restaurant was about half full and we were all pretty much at one end of the restaurant.‽ Had creme brule for dessert. It was good as a special treat.

Had a very disappointing buffet breakfast with friends on Sunday. It was comparable to a continental breakfast in a motel. Everything seemed to come from a package. There were no decorations on the food tables and the food was blah at best. We were guests of someone so dont know the cost, but I know I wont be going back.

Perhaps the worst dining experience Ive had in the past ten years. Poor service due to a lack of wait staff, a manager with an attitude, two of the four meals we ordered were inedible because of kitchen incompetence. And no apologies for the awful experience. I would recommend that diners go elsewhere, I certainly will.

We recently hosted my daughters Quinceañera at the Anacapa banquet hall and we were not disappointed. Fred & his staff made sure that our evening there would be unforgettable. They never missed a beat. All of our guests were pleased with the service they received while enjoying the evening at our event.

All food is freshly prepared. Fish and chips is excellent. Angus Burger is a favorite lunch choice. Choice of fries or homemade chips. Dinner service includes fish, meats and special dishes including rissoto (using the correct Arborio rice. Reasonable pricing for above average quality and service.

My mom and I had lunch here recently and sat on the patio. The food was pretty good but the music they played was so weird - 70s bar music one step above the Shaft soundtrack. Make sure you dont sit near a speaker!

Shania and Alex made sure we were well cared for, which made for an enjoyable evening! The food was fab...we are so glad we chose Anacapa to entertain out-of-town guests. Definitely will be back!

Blah! Overpriced for poor mediocre food and terrible house wine. The new F&B manager is a Moran who doesnt know a good wine from a bottle of panther piss! Am reluctant to go there again!
