I must note that we visited at 4 in the afternoon. There were maybe 2 other patrons in the restaurant. The only waitress here was doing a great job of keeping everyone pleased. The portions of the meals were rather normal sized. We definitely got our moneyso worth. But we wereally not impressed by the quality of the food. (By we, I mean my husband and I, who frequent Mexican restaurants often) I ordered a shrimp chimichanga, it came with rice or beans, and the menu stated guacamole with sour cream. I did get the sour cream, with lettuce, cheese and a half slice tomato, but no guacamole. The shrimp was very bland and nothing really seemed to have much flavor. If it wasnt for the cheese sauce, I wouldnt have been able to eat it. Husband ordered a chicken quesadilla, and was not impressed either. The chicken had no spices cooked into it, and the quesadilla itself had very little cheese. His meal had very little flavor as well. Overall, for our first visit here, we were not impressed. But we might give it another try next time were in town.

Without a doubt, the best Mexican restaurant in Oneonta. The food is fresh and authentic, with a good amount of spice and flavor but none of the oil and grease you can get at some places. The staff are pleasant and welcoming and always ready to recommend dishes based on your interests. The only drawback here? Blount Co. Is dry.... Id love a margarita with my lunch!

If you want REAL Mexican food, and by real I mean authentic, go to Taqueria Panchita. Located next door to Charlie Bs. Come on, guys. Break out of the mold once in awhile. But Carlos is pretty good too

I wish this place was still open!! I miss it!! It had good food for good prices. Waaaay better than Habeneros nasty food.

Their food is alright. The quesadillas are usually a little too dry, but they do have pretty good service

The food was great, but I think it went out of business when Habeneros opened up in town.
