May have caught this place on an off day... But came in for lunch with husband and floors are dirty and sticky. Really with the uneven concrete and peeling paint I doubt mopping is a viable option. Table cloths were crumby and sticky. And as soon as you walked in there was the stench of sewage/some kind of plumbing issue... And it was about 77 degrees in there ( its 90 outside) so that made it pleasant. We sat by the window air conditioner unit. By wet towels blocking the gap at the door we were by. With the smell I couldnt stomach eating, although I was starving I ordered French fries. They were your standard deep fried crinkle cut fries. I personally wont be returning. Although my husband likely will as its close to his work and all he gets is a BLT, and you cant go wrong with a 2.75 blt plate. And for that (prices in general were cheap) im giving it another star and not just one star...

Tried for the second time waited a year for it and not happy waiter was discussed with my choice in food. And very openly repeated her dislike in my food choice upon returning from get over charged for food the first visit with a hour wait to the waiter and a 45 min wait for a grilled chicken meal and hamburger steak will not be returning.

Id give this place 10 stars if I could. Quaint, little throw-back diner, made me feel like I was on that old show "Little House On the Prairie". j/k..but it was Kun-tree. Food was southern comfort, fairly priced, and FILLING! Service was southern hospitality with a smile and overall lunch was just dynamite! Well be back!

Ive heard all the wonderful things so we got up early Saturday to have a wonderful lunch. We arrived at 11:12 am only to find that they close at 11:00 on Saturdays. Very dissapointing... Just a heads up for those of you that want to try but work through the week. They are closed from 11:00 am Saturday until Monday morning.

The food is great in addition to the service. Im sure it was a temporary thing, but it smelled like sewage when I went today which almost made us leave but we toughed it out. Ive been twice and dont remember that smell last time.

GREAT Meat & 3! Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was what all these "TGI Fridays" type places try and capture, but this is the REAL FEEL. If you are hungry, and in the vicinity, stop by... you will enjoy the visit.
