Its good, but there have been too many "Im sorry were out of that bread" recently." 12/2016 UPDATE: Once again we ordered online for Rapid Pickup (the Web & App, just make it too easy!). Upon pickup we hear the usual line "sorry, were out of...." Previously, they would make me ask or demand a replacement or a portion of our money back. This time the manager had a good attitude and offered me multiple selections. When I couldnt decide gave me both items. With the changes to the original order they repacked our order. Upon arrival home, 2 items got left behind. Im pretty sure this was my fault, when I arrived back up there to pick it up, I was blown away. Not only did they replace the left items with fresh ones. I was given a bag of what seemed like 2 of every pastry and a Holiday Loaf! Great Job Guys!

I love Panera Bread. Most of the time they do an awesome job. And I work in food service so I understand lean accounting and lean policies and procedures, but at the same time as a consumer at 4 in the afternoon on my way home from work, looking forward to some really good sourdough bread, that is to complete dinner... when I get to the store and get a "Im sorry." I am not cool with that. I think lean accounting, lean stocking, and lean business practices are going to be our undoing. Because at some point, customers are going to get tired of hearing Im sorry. And honestly, Im sorry is not good enough nor is it acceptable.

Im very disappointed in my last visit to Panera. I usually love everything, but lately theyve been going downhill. As I was eating my sandwich I discovered there was dirt all over my lettuce so I called the store to alert the manager. The manager I spoke to on the phone obviously had no care in the world about the potential spread of ecoli and dismissed my concern.

Enjoyed our visit for Sunday lunch. Was very busy due to church crowd. They were able to keep up with everyones orders. Was like a well oiled machine. Our food was delivered quickly and was hot. All the employees smiled and made you feel welcomed. We visit again soon.

Ehhh... The food is always good... The last few times we have been in for lunch we have had the same cashier... She needs more training. Every question is met with..."uhhh I dont know" or a really long pause and a partial non committal answer.

Food is consistently great! The service at this location was fine. My mom left her wallet and they held it for her. I thunk she was very pleased. I have gone to friendlier Paneras that is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.
