I was fortunate enough to come in when it was fairly slow on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by three hostesses when I first walked in with nice smiles. I sat at the bar as I usually do and was greeted by the bartender very nicely and place my order. The food came quickly and was tasty as usual. Nail the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5. After having a very nice meal and upon leaving there was a different hostess at the front where I was walking out. She looked right at me but didnt say anything so I turned around and offshoreonly and said have a nice day. She glanced up and acted like it was a pain for her to even respond but said thanks. Really? In my daily travels and I eat out a lot I am always greeted as I come in the door or at least expect it and Im always told to have a nice day as Im leaving and asked to come again. I believe this girl was wearing all black so maybe she wasnt a Hostess but if youre standing behind the hostess desk you should at least respond to your customers like a Hostess instead of saying its not my job. I believe she was Hispanic or at least olive skinned... Some might say that Im being a little picky, but in this day and age when there are so many choices out there of where I can eat or anybody else can eat you want to stand out in front more than everybody else. I own my own business, and thats the reason why I notice little things like that, and also the reason why I dont have employees anymore because its just too hard to get things through some peoples heads...

Bad experience start to finish. The lady at the front was a total jerk to the guy in front of us so I tried to be really nice since it was just me and my wife I figured it would be quick to seat us but she was a bit snappy and told us it would be 15 minutes (this was 9:00pm on a Sunday) so we gave her my name and we sat down to wait. After about 20 minutes we realized she forgot about us and sat a party of 13 down and a few minutes after that we gave her a look of like "Whats going on?" and she realized she should seat us now. On the way to our table there was at literally 20+ tables that would have been appropriate for 2 all that time, the place was dead. After sitting we ordered and the waitress used the electronic kiosk at the table to order for us. After about 15 minutes of nothing she realized it had jacked up and didnt put our order in, then she realized the Kiosk didnt belong to our table so she scrambled around for a few more minutes trying to figure it out. Then we got our appetizer and everything was alright for a bit until it was time to pay, they put my dessert on the bill twice. So I had to wait another 6-8 minutes for her to come over so I could tell her and she ran in the back to fix it and we could finally pay and get out of there. Waitress was nice enough but the whole experience was terrible.

We went there after a theater performance across the street, thinking it would be a 30ish minute dessert stop to avoid some traffic. The hostess looked extremely annoyed with our presence, and took our name for a 10 minute wait, which was fine. After about 15 minutes, we realized that everyone (including people that had just walked in) had already been seated. Even when we were the only people in the room, the hostess didnt think to check on us. Then, after we were seated, it took 10 minutes for our waitress to come. We ordered appetizers and dessert through the kiosk (which she did help us with), but it turned out to be the wrong tables kiosk, so we sat there for another extra 10-15 minutes waiting on food that never came. After we ate - and the food was very good - we realized they put a dessert on the tab twice, so we had to wait another 15 minutes to see our waitress again. The whole place was a mess, and we wont be going back to that particular Olive Garden ever again.

Why do I hate this particular Olive Garden? Well, lets start with the service... We came in with a group of six. Is that too big of a party? I didnt think so but apparently it was a lot to handle. We got seated after about ten minutes (and this was for lunch) but it took another twenty minutes before we saw our waitress. Beyond that, it took another half hour until we got food. And the food... It was cold. At least mine was. It was possible that mine had been waiting while everyone elses finished cooking, but come on, plan for those sorts of things. I would have asked for a new plate, but I didnt want to wait another half hour. And by the time we finished our meal, every drink at the table had gone dry and most everyone had even gone as far as to eat their ice as we waited. The check came eventually, and as you know, Olive Garden is definitely not worth the price you pay on a good day, but especially not from this visit. I will never be returning to this location again.

You generally know what youre getting with Olive Garden, which was why it was an easy choice for our to-go order. The breadsticks and salad were great (consistent Olive Garden style) but my angel hair pasta with a parmesan pesto sauce and shrimp had so much of the oily sauce that I could only have a few bites and felt sick the rest of the night. The next day I thought Id try again, but still found that anything more than two or three bites was just overwhelming on the pesto sauce (and I like pesto). I ended up rinsing the whole bowl before heating it up to finish it, which got rid of most of the oily sauce. It was palatable at that point. My wife was also disappointed with her meal which she has had at other Olive Gardens. I likely wont return to this location.

The night started off with a 30 minute wait. That was fine even though half the restaurant was empty. The server told us it was like this every year during the Young Living convention. So this was nothing more than poor planning for scheduled servers. A group of people seated more than 10 minutes after us were served before us. Not a big deal, other than OG ran out of salad so we had to eat soup. Then we waited 45 min and the food still hadnt come. We ended up asking for a to go bag and ordered black tie cake and a side of bread sticks. We then walked back to our hotel to find that neither were in the bag but we were charged for them. To OG, your customer relations really suffered tonight. I hope this isnt a new trend.
