Today is Saint Patricks, and the first day of one of the busiest sports seasons of the year in the US of A, and BWW wasnt fully staffed up - strike one. They had to call in some additional servers (four to my count while I waited to be sat) on their days off, which totally sucks, and shouldnt have been an issue in the first place if the store management got things right. Ill keep it short because you might not read the long version: I waited for three hours, at lunch time, with a group of 5 others at our table, and never got served. strike BWW is fired. Heres the longer version (continuing at strike 2). Homeboy took our order almost immediately, then brought 2 of the 6 drinks in the first hour, and disappeared - strike 2. We grabbed him after said hour and asked, "hey man, can we get that other Dr Pepper and 3 waters you forgot?" He was kind enough to get them almost immediately. We proceeded to wait for another hour before seeing our server again - strike 3, though the server was super nice, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt because my wife has been a server at Ruby River for 10 years (go there instead and ask for the tall, hot redhead) so I know how these things go. Its a busy day, perhaps the busiest of the year 2016 thus far... so not entirely the servers fault. I blame the management for not preparing appropriately. I mean, even if the store was dead, you pay your servers $2/hr, so you would have lost like $10 for the whole day if you were fully staffed up.. but I digress. At the top of strike 3/hour #2 of waiting for food, I started to ask neighboring tables how long they had waited, etc. They too waited a hefty amount of time, but not 2&1/2 hours between the initial wait to be sat, and the 2 hours at the table. On account of I wasnt preparing for a long lunch away from the office today, and my palms started to get sweaty as I grew more and more anxious, we hunted our server down across the store and took him out with our .300 Winchester Magnum sniper rifle... just kidding, but he came back to our table to address the rest of us saying, "yeah Im going to be honest with you... youre still 8 or 9 tickets back in the kitchen." Which in server language means, "I forgot to put your order in when you ordered... and then when I remembered... I walked to the POS and forgot again for a second time." Strike 4, 5, and 6 for good measure. I continue to give homeboy the benefit of the doubt since he was probably at home with his pants off, eating Pringles, and watching the NCAA tournament before being summoned to appear for a shift on his day off. By this point, our 11am arrival had turned into 1:45pm and still demanded 45 mins or more while we were "8 or 9 tickets behind." I respectfully stood up and told homeboy, "Hey man I really appreciate you, but I cant wait any longer at this point. I gotta bounce." The rest of the table was probably more angry than I even was, and joined me to speak with the General Manager at the take-out table. GM said, "im sorry, today is just busy." I replied, "ok I get that. And I dont just get it, but I understand and actually sympathize with you." Its crazy busy in here and every server probably hated this man as much as I do. "Yeah, we get that its busy, but weve been here almost three hours and havent even had our drink order right the first time... or even on time for that matter." The GM said, "let me go talk to someone and see what we can do" which is super weird cause hes the guy in charge... who is he going to talk to?!?! He came back and handed us a few "Free Snack Size wing" cards. Again, I get things are busy, and tried to sympathize, but three hours is just ridiculous! Even updates along the way would have been nice, but to only have seen our server 3 times the whole visit, strike BWW is fired. Upon writing this, a table-mate just chatted me from back at his office: "commercial just popped up for BWW it was with the mom telling her kids shed be gone for about a week" She must have gone to the Lehi store.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences Ive had in my life. We had a large party - 15 - and called the night before to make sure we would get a table. Then we called again about 30 minutes before we arrived to make sure they were ready for us. When we arrived, some of our party had already arrived and were already seated at an appropriately sized table. Unfortunately those members of our party were removed from their seats and asked to move to another large table to make room for one of the other large groups. Then we were promptly removed from the other large table that we had called to reserve the night before, and moved to where there were 3 small tables pushed together with more seats than table space placed around them. We briefly spoke with the manager, who asked what was going on, we told him that we had called ahead and had two tables pulled out from under us. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right he questioned us about who we had spoken with, as if he didnt believe our story, and then promptly left the scene. After trying to fit 15 around a table for 10, my husband, 2 children and I were moved to another table with our backs to the rest of our group. No apology from the "manager" or our waitress. We hoped that was the end of the terrible service, but our waitress (Kristin) made sure it continued. She only ever really acknowledged my husband, only talking to him, only refilling his water, and only bringing silverware to him. When I asked her for extra celery, she never brought it, choosing instead to chat with another server. I finally had to ask another server to bring it to me. This terrible service was well below the Buffalo Wild Wings standard that I have experienced at other restaurants, and I will make sure that everyone I talk to knows to avoid this particular restaurant. I will not be returning.

Im writing this review while sitting at the bar and waiting because the service was so slow and inattentive. I was just passing through tonight and figured this would be better than a drive-thru. I am sitting back at the bar top. The bartender very obviously catered to her friends. I get that a bartender has regulars. Ive been a regular at a bar and have worked at restaurants before so I do understand. But you should not sacrifice the service of other guests to chat it up with your friends. Because of the experience in restaurants and specifically at the BWW in Logan Utah a couple years ago, Im fairly patient with servers. The wings came out and had obviously been sitting under the heat lamps for a while. Again, not that big of a deal but things are starting to add up now. Bartender didnt check back once until at least 15 minutes into the meal, which would have been fine except my drink was empty for the last 5 minutes of that. Not once did I see a manager walking around and checking on things. I was at the bar so granted I wasnt facing the restaurant most of the time but I thought I would have seen them at least once and that they wouldve come to the bar top which is where the majority of the guests are sitting. Wait..... yep just did another scan because Im still here (check is now closed out at least) and still no manager. Disappointing experience at BWW. It was just several little things that added up to a poor experience. I am reminded of why I stopped coming here so frequently. Next time Ill stick to the Del Taco drive-thru for a late night meal.
