I went there on a Saturday for the lunch buffet and was skeptical about the quality of food because the buffets low price. I tried the basic Asian foods they offer, like boneless spareribs, chicken wings, sesame chicken, honey chicken, general Tao chicken, beef with vegetables, crab Rangoon, sauté mushrooms, Japanese chicken, egg custard, sushi rolls and egg rolls. I have to say that all were pretty tasty. They could have been a little hotter, but that would have dried them out a little. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food offered at their low price. Usually buffets similar to this cost at least $15-$20, at least in the Boston area. Theres fish, clams, other seafood, chicken, beef, pork, pizza, Mac & cheese, fried foods, onion rings, French fries, Asian cuisines, American cuisines and a bunch of other foods. They have a grill where a chef cooks foods for you and you can pick what you want, from their selections. This was ok, too. The seating was ample and the place is fairly large. Try not to face the windows because the sun shines into your eyes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They asked to remove used plates, quickly. There were plenty of staff around, so it was not hard to find someone if you need something. I liked my visit to Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet and recommend this restaurant. For the price of the buffet (3people with drinks and tip was under $40) I give it 4.5/5 stars. I wish they would move closer to my house.

I have been to the Hibachi Grill a few times. Every time I went there the food was good. I went there with my significant other and his son about 2 months ago. We havent been back because of the waitress thought that everything was hilarious. Im going to tell you what was so hilarious to her. My boyfriend got up to go get food and he got burnt when he put his hand on the spoon. The buffet table was turned too high and the steam was coming out and by that having a spoon or anything like that it gets hot they are metal. He came back to the table and wrapped his hand up I told the girl that was waiting on us what had happened and she laughed. He went to the emergency room and he could have sued them but he didnt. He ended up having a third degree burn on his hand. When the waitress laugh I asked her are you kidding me youre standing here laughing at this. She thought it was a joke. When I reported it to the front about the burn and also I told them in the front about the waitress laughing. One of the workers stood near the buffets tables and let people know that it is hot. We havent been back because of the waitress. I really hope she lost her job. We could have sued the Hibachi Grill but we did and he ended up with third-degree Burns and that is the reason why we dont go back there not because of the Bruins because of the waiter.

The food was ok...nothing to write home about....Dont waste your money on an alcoholic beverage from this place! Heres the story on that.... my date & i ordered the scorpian bowl for 2 it cost around $13...well i ended up drinking the entire thing, didnt even get a buzz i swear all it was was pineapple juice & grenadine..talk about getting ripped off! and im a small person and dont drink often, a drink like that should of made me hit the floor! OH and the tables are so effing close,to make it up to the buffet table you gotta squeeze past everybody just like at a movie theater and its impossible to have a conversation and not have the strangers at the next table hear you! OH and they should put all the screaming kids and their parents in one area so the rest of us that are trying to have a nice night out can enjoy it rather than have to sit next to kids that are tipping over chairs and screaming for mom & dads attention! I am certified in food safety and i was a little concerned as to the imitation crab meat sitting on the back shelf where the guy works the grill, who knows how long its been sitting without refrigeration and i cant help but wonder how they handle all their foods....very scary thought.

Super, it was not. Hibachi, it was barely. I would describe it as a buffet from hell. I tried this place out of curiosity as I am from New York and thought it was very odd that a buffet was only $12 per person for dinner. Im used to paying $35+ so I thought maybe it was because I was in Rhode Island and costs were lower. Boy was I wrong. You get exactly what you pay for. The people sitting there eating with me were nasty. Chewing with their mouths open, some talking really loudly. There was some grimy looking woman who got upset with the hibachi grill guy and stomped away like a 5 year old. It was a shitshow. The beef at the hibachi section was old. The meat was browning. And when I got it cooked, it was dry, flavorless, and chewy... like a piece of leather. The scallion was wilting, the onions were oxidizing, the chicken smelled funny... And to top it off, when I got home, I had the worst stomachache known to man... pretty sure I got food poisoning here. As for those who are giving this place 5 stars, yall need to get your taste buds checked out cause that was nasty.

It is very rare that I actually come across a restaurant that I dislike (this is actually the first negative review Ive ever left), but everything about this place just offended the senses. The food was cold at the center, the sesame chicken was soggy on the outside, the rangoon had no crab, the icing on the cake was thin, and the PEOPLE, Jesus christ; I had the pleasure of sitting behind a 400 pound man in a grey tracksuit that kept shaking the booth as he jostled his fat back and forth. I also got to see a 70 year old man get in a fight with the chef as he tried to nab some raw meat from the grill, as well as a baby in a do-rag and flat brimmed hat. The only reason Im giving this place two stars instead of one, is because the waitress was very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, not even good service could make up for the food. If you hate someone, give them a gift certificate to this place.

I write this between trips to the bathroom. Something rotten smelling in the hibachi bar, spoiled oysters, spoiled octopus, soggy dumplings, stale mini cakes, the sesame, general tao, and honey chickens all tasted the same, the beer was flat, the toilet in the mens room was leaking from its base, the spigots on every sink (both bathrooms) were loose, there was MASSIVE cross contamination (case in point, the spoon for the shrimp had sauce on it from the chicken, and vice versa, and areas had no rhyme or reason to placement) worse still, when complained about (particularly the food that was rotten), we were lazily offered a small discount and extremely insincere apology, with the promise they would go check things immediately... after staying to see if they did, they did not. what was once a good place for families on a budget, it is now a Petri dish for food borne bacteria.

Ignore the low star rating on here! The food was great and the waitress was very friendly & personable. She seated our table of 6 quickly during the busy lunch hour (total with tax approx 14.00) & when we asked to split the checks it was no issue unlike other places that make it a huge deal. All the food was well cooked & delicious, the staff quickly replenished everything before it got low, even with all of the people and business of the place, our waitress was on top of everything, gave quick refills and checked in on us often. Great experience, glad I didnt listen to the rating on here, definitely deserves a higher one. The place isnt dark at all, either, its lit with nice, relaxing ambient lighting. The buffet is crowded but it was a busy lunch hour.
