Worst Restaurant service in Cincinnati. I would avoid 100%. This place needs an inspection from the health department about once a day. Read the full review if youre planning to step a foot in this place. 1. We had to wait 15 minutes after being seated to get water. Glasses were not even arranged. Cups, water jugs, and silverware were left at the end of the table - we had to set up the tables ourselves for a group of 10 people. 2. They didnt have ice at all. 3. Several menus were damaged and unusable with the pages falling out. 4. Ordered a mango lassi and the cup wasnt even filled up. 5. Flies flying around our table. 6. Table next to us was left dirty for about 20 minutes after we arrived (attracting more flies) 7. We asked for straws and the waiter pointed to them (asking us to get it ourselves) 8. Dirty water cups 9. Waiter has no clue and wasnt trained to work in a restaurant. I could keep going. 0/5. There are better alternatives for Indian food.

I approached Curries to cater Tea for the dance performance i was organizing. Great customer service from Manaan. Timely delivery and wonderful ,tasty masala chai. Kudos to Chef Saravanan!! I asked Curries to cater food for the orchestra members for a week . Saravanan, who is the chief cook was very attentive to the items i needed and spice level. He made some suggestions while i sat down with him at initial visit to make sure what would be a good menu for lunch and dinner. He made sure that the dishes i requested are ready on time . Everyone of the orchestra members raved about his "Vegetable Briyani" since the aroma filled the entire room. Vegetable kuruma, Karakuzhambu, chutneys, Moore kuzhambu, beans Poriyal, palak paneer - everything i ordered was delicious. Great South Indian food !!Thanks to Saravanan and Manaan for making the event successful by delivering wonderful, tasty, delicious food.

Great Indian buffet, especially for meat eaters. The food is truly representative of South Indian cooking. They dont water it down to cater to American taste buds. As a result, you get a real treat of spices. Their biryani is one of the best in town, cooked the right way. Most of their dishes are different from the typical Indian buffet which involves a lot of heavy cream (yuk!). They have a good selection of vegetarian as well. Usually, the biryani is accompanied by white rice (kept warm in a separate container) and noodles. Their desserts selection is not vast but thats a good thing because they focus on the quality of the one or two dishes which are on the buffet. The price is around $10-ish but its worth the extra couple of dollars.

Do not pay thru credit card at this restaurant. They charged me twice. Luckily I saw transactions in my statement and had to call them to revert the transaction back. Its been 3 times I called them and someone from their front desk would tell me to revert back the transaction however they never do it. It has become nightmare for me to followup with them and revert back the transaction. Eventually I am going to call my credit card bank and dispute the transaction also let them know about how restaurant messed up. If I get to know how to report such mistakes and poor customer service to an agency which will teach them a lesson, I would go ahead and do it. But I am not going back in this restaurant again.

Poor customer service, average taste, no water in restroom to wash hands, and very poor selection of buffet items for the Sunday "special" buffet which costs $11.99 ($2 more than weekdays)!! the desserts selection was especially poor with just 2 items - a very poor apple custard and 1 other unheard of disappointing item (colored coconut powder???). btw, the pavement sign even on Sunday, boldly advertised 9.99 for buffet was misleading (see pic), since this is only applicable Monday to Friday - when I asked very nicely about it, got a rude reply that there was a print under the 9.99 that said so... (no explanation about why they did not put the 11.99 Sunday price anywhere...)

Curries is by far the best restaurant in Cincinnati area . All dishes in the buffet spread as well as a -la -carte are absolutely scrumptious and delicious ! Food Quality = Awesome Courteousness = Wonderful Ambience = Excellent Rate = Reasonable Kudos to Manan Bhai , Abu , Faisal and the entire curries team for serving such great food to Fellow Indians who live away from home . I would strongly recommend this restaurant amongst Top 10 Indian restaurants in East Coast region ! Please note : Having born and raised in Hyderabad ( city of biryani) , I think I am well warranted to mention that this is the best biryani Ive ever tasted in America . Cheers !!!!

Over priced! The food was just okay but too over priced! I ordered a plate of lemon rice and it did not have a single curry leaf in it. I also ordered a bowl of rasam which was way salty instead of being tangy!! The portion or serving size is huge and good for two people. The service is fast too. However, they only had one guy to take orders and do the bills as well. He was really nice & courteous and these 3 stars are only for his sevice. I just feel they are understaffed and should hire a dedicated resource to handle the bills or the tables may be. My husband also tried the goat curry on the suggestion by the server which he really liked.

Curries Indian Restaurant on Lebanon Road in Sharonville serves some of the best Asian food Ive tasted in a long time. Although I have never been to India, I have traveled in Asia and this food definitely seems authentic to me. A friend recommended the chicken biryani, and Im so glad he did, as it was one of the best dishes of any kind Ive had in years! Kudos to the young floor manager, who seemed exceptionally busy but found time to speak with us. Hes a very friendly and loquacious chap from Nepal. I would recommend Curries to anyone who enjoys Asian food, and I will be certain to stop there again next time I am in Cincinnati.

The owner was so rude and didnt let us in. I called him around 6pm when I started from columbus and he told me he would close by 9pm or 8.40pm. Even though we reached there by 8.15pm he didnt let us in, the restaurant was closed, I could see a lot of people inside and free chairs, It was so difficult for me and my brother with our family with kids to find an another Indian food at that time. We had to eat at subway. Never trust this restaurant timing, he coloses when ever he wants, and bad customer support.

Horrible service!! It was a quite evening with hardly 10 customers at the restaurant. The owner took sweet time to have us seated and all along he was mumbling with chewing tobacco and felt like he will spit anytime, disgusting. He was signalling everything instead of talking and the order came after solid 25 minutes. Worst was he was cursing about other customers with us. I am giving 2 stars for the folks in the kitchen who gave us good food. But will not step in again, especially with that kind of service.

This is one of our favorite INDIAN restaurant. But, from few weeks the chef is changed or something happened, the quality of food we tasted before was no more. For now we gave a break to this restaurant. Hopefully they will bounce back with good quality. After few months tried here with my friends in town. We had buffet and it was bad and loosing the standard taste they had before. The restaurant cleanliness is horrible, no servers to clean the tables. The food taste is bad. Wont visit again, period.
