Excellent. The atmosphere is very befitting of the name, a smaller yet cozy environment, it was pretty quiet when we visited. The service was ok, staff was very friendly but I wouldnt say world class table service. There is a huge menu of teas, and the quality is among some of the best I have ever had. We ordered the crab rangoon as an appetizer, it was crispy and came with a delicious honey with citrus flavor. As a main course we got the Thai curry and asparagus chicken both of which came with side salads using romaine lettuce and a great tasting dressing. The curry smelled fantastic, I chose chicken and got a side of rice with it. You can tell they put a lot of time into the quality of the food as it tasted great. The asparagus chicken was picture perfect and had very tender chicken pieces. Even the bathroom was pretty nice. All around a great place to try, the prices do reflect the quality you get but I would say its a good bang for buck. I left feeling full.

Our server Sarah was very friendly and helped us pick out new teas to try. We had their weekend brunch menu: the Masala Chai Waffle and Eggs in a Basket plates. Both were yummy and well made, but wouldve liked more fruit with the waffle. * The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. They have tables and booths, and limited window seating (1 table). * This location is associated with the Downtown and Short North locations, but independently owned/operated; the tea menu is shared, but the food menu is different. * They have secured WiFi, just ask for the password. * Their hours include a mid-day kitchen break 4-5PM. Mon-Sat, but tea service is still available. * They have a takeout-only tea punch card (1 free after 10).

Im a student at a college near ZenCha and my friends actually introduced me it. It has become my favorite restaurant to go to. I havent really had tea that much but because of this restaurant, I have become a huge fan of tea! They offer almost 100 different teas and you can have it hot or cold and the tea ambassadors really know their tea well. I was sick one time and they knew what tea was good for sickness. The atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful and the decorations are beautiful. Its nice just relaxing there and doing homework. Before I graduate, I want to try every tea on the menu! :)

This place is wonderful! I moved from Bexley across town and come back to Bexley for brunch at Zen Cha at least once month. The tea selection is phenomenal and the staff is knowledgable enough to help you navigate through the crazy tea menu. The only thing better than the teas is the food! I grew up in Louisiana and I would have to say Zen Cha's shrimp and grits is the best I've ever had! Give this little place a shot, I don't think you will be disappointed.

ZenCha is one of the best places to eat in Bexley. Its underrated, for sure, because many people want the safe and practical pizza places (which are all great, too). But if youre looking for something a little different, try ZenCha. My wife and I love the Tuna Avocado sandwich and the Moroccan Mint Tea. Im an ahi-tuna snob, and ZenCha made one of the best ahi-tuna sandwiches Ive ever tasted. Perfect. Great atmosphere and very reasonable prices.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places in Columbus. The breakfast sandwiches are all pretty amazing, though the Wake up Call is my favorite. The Scramlette doesnt sound like it will be amazing, but I eagerly await the moment my fiance is too full to finish hers. Coffee is solid. The only drawback is that the sandwiches are not that big. One and a half would be perfect for me, but they are also not that expensive.

The food and tea are delicious and the staff is very helpful and friendly for newcomers. My one issue with this location is the parking. Theres one small lot behind the building, and if you dont manage to snag one of those spots, youll be driving in circles for ages to find parking.

Wow, I didnt realize tea could have so much flavor! My favorite part is that the tea pot and cup match whatever region the tea is from. The food is incredible as well. I wish it was a little cheaper so I could go more often but the price is about right for the quality.

One of my favorite restaurants, the chefs at Zen Cha make everything from fresh ingredients with creative style. They use vegetarian broths to cook in if requested. The range of ethnic styles compliment their amazing collection of teas from every country of the world.

The tea here was really amazing, tried 2 hot teas and a bubble tea all stellar. Unfortunately the quiche seemed to take a backseat to the tea... it was barely warm and kinda dry. The flavor of it was good at least, and the accompanying side salad was very nice.

A range of wondeful teas from around the world in a serene, nonrushed atmosphere with delicious foods to accompany the tea. A great new addition to Bexley and a great place for girlfriends to catch up and couples to rest and regroup!

Stopped in as our last stop on a long trip. The calming atmosphere and soothing tea were just what we needed to make it the rest of the way back home in Erie, PA. Will definitely will make it a stop the next time i pass through.

Decent food and drink but the pretension practically drips off the walls here, if thats your thing that I most definitely recommend a visit but otherwise I would recommend going down the road to Bexley Coffee Shop.

Zen cha is hands down the best tea store I have found in the country. The selection is huge and the taste is amazing. I would come just for the tea, but the food is also packed with flavor and absolutely wonderful!

Love this place, my daughter and I started coming here a few years ago, and I bring my little guy here now as well. Great family place, nice people . Great food, FANTASTIC TEA, decent prices, good plate portions.

While the food is very good, it is, as the name states, a "tea salon". They have a two page food menu (their weekend brunch menu is completely different from their weekday menu) and a seven page tea menu.

Amazing coconut chai tea. It has a great spice from the black pepper. I havent ordered anything else because I love it so much. If you dine in, its nice to share your tea pots with your table mates.

Great place to get unique food. I love the incorporation of tea in their dishes. It is very quiet and often not crowded so a wonderful place for conversation. Very intimate atmosphere.

Ive been here twice. While I think the tea is a bit pricey it is very good. I have also eaten here and the food was great. They also have a gluten free meal that my friend likes.
