I came here on a Saturday a few weeks back at around 5 oclock (without thinking to make a reservation) and was very nicely accommodated by the hostess, who told me she had a reservation coming in at 7 but I could have my table until that time. Little did I know happy hour here is every day from 4-7pm, so I was actually totally ok with that. Plus I didnt have to wait, so I was grateful for the table. I ordered the enchiladas with imported mole sauce (because of course) and I must say they were delicious. While waiting for the food to arrive, I had a couple of margaritas on the rocks, and those were very good as well. You may think "happy hour" drinks are typically weak or light on liquor, but these definitely are not. The decor is very well thought out, and the dim lights certainly add to the atmosphere of the place. The music is very much in line with what you would hear in an actual Mexican household (spoiler: its not what you think, they have their classics but they love salsa too) and so is the wall art. If there is one drawback to this place, its that it is a bit cramped depending on where youre sitting, but its well worth it for the food, the drinks, and the overall atmosphere of the venue.

Food is very good, the place is small but very romantic for a date. Went their for Valentine day with my fiance, we went for the happy hour which started at 4pm but we had a spanish girl waitress I ask her about happy hour . She said its a holiday so happy hour finish early . When you go online it says something different . Then we ordered I told my fiance what to get but she ordered a different dish dor him so our meals was more then we expected for two plates. We would of ordered more if she didnt lie. The staffs are very sweet and kind except the spanish female waitress we had. Would go back but I prefer to go to brooklyn next time. Oh so when we left I called and ask if happy hour is going on and the male who answered the phone said yes but at the bar only until 12am smh I wanted to complain to the manager but its too hard for people to find job now a days. I could of been a undercover inspector so thats why I gave it 3 stars beside everything the food was really good and came on time. I just wont be going back their since the waitress gip my fiance and me and ordered a whole different meal for him so unprofessional. The food was good though 10stars for the food.

Just walked out of Mole. Story: Homeless guy comes in and demands a manager, asks for the managers job, hostess leaves to get someone, and he starts touching and arranging glassware and silverware on empty tables. They get him out after a few minutes. Waiter comes to take our order and I inquire why silverware and glassware was not removed and washed and how often this happens. He says it was the first time he has seen this - though my date tells me right before that he told the hostess to not let him in again inferring it is a regular occurrence. I ask again about the table items and he keeps trying to take our order. We ask for a few minutes, and agree immediately to leave. Is something wrong they asked? Yes. I told them and we left with our drinks still on the table. Switched to pad Thai restaurant down Greenwich st. Very good move.

Had a fantastic meal here. I arrived a bit late, and the other members of my party had already shared some guacamole, which they both raved about. Ordered a tamal and a special appetizer (ribs). Its hard to find a good tamal, but this one was quite good. Ribs were flavorful and cooked perfectly, if a bit salty. Entrees were likewise good. We had a salad (in one of the crispy shells), an order of mole enchiladas, and some tacos al pastor. It wasnt the greatest mole sauce ever, but good mole is hard to do, and the dish was still very good. The tacos were very good, and I would definitely order them again. Drinks were good, as well. Only downsides: its a bit cramped and they dont accept AmEx (seriously?). Otherwise, Id definitely go back.

Maravilloso!!! Saludos.

I cant explain how much I love this place. I work down the block and this is def my go to place for HH margaritas. I LOVE their happy hour margaritas (ask for the skinny-less calories). The saved calories from the margaritas can go to the ceviche, guac, and fish tacos, now those are so tasty. Also, the bartender Caesar, is the nicest guy ever. The reason we keep coming back is because he makes us feel so welcome, cracks jokes and takes the best care of us. A great west village Mexican spot and def worth your time. Happy Hour 7 days a week 3 or 4pm - 7pm!

Mole is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in New York City. Im half Tex-Mex and I get home sick from time to time and Mole is a perfect remedy. The pozole (pork soup with hominy), elote (corn on the cob), and chicken enchiladas with mole sauce are amazing. Mole also has fantastic happy hour seven days a week that includes fabulous drink and food specials at the bar. This is also a place where you get to know people from the neighborhood and get to know everyone who works there. Go there and be happy.

That was my first and last time eating there. I live in the neighborhood and had never had the opportunity to try this place out, so I decided to bring my French friends who were visiting. Nice food, nice margaritas. Surprise when the check arrives ... a compulsory 20% tip included!!! Rude, just plain rude!!! Being a local, I felt offended for my friends. I didnt want to argue so I rounded it up to the higher figure and will not return!

This place gets insanely packed when dinner and happy hour overlap, so be sure you arrive early to snag a highly-coveted seat at the bar. I had a few jalapeno margaritas and they were spicier than they were sweet, which was right up my alley. Quesadillas are fantastic, though skip the veggie ones since theyre way too mushy and overloaded with beans (unless you like that thing). Restroom is downstairs so it is not wheelchair-accessible.

Went here for Sunday happy hour. The HH margaritas are strong and contain no Sour Mix, so you wont feel too badly having 3, 4, 5 etc. They also have a HH bar menu, but once you add accouterments to your order (like beans to nachos) its no longer a happy hour price. All in all, the place is cute, the staff is super friendly and its a nice little place to meet up with friends and just hang out,

Food was good, however service was poor, and servants were rude and stressed out. Rushing to get the customers out, by pushing us to order fast. Spilled the salsa on us while serving, and didnt share the dessert menu at the end, saying they dont serve desserts, while weve had desserts there before when it wasnt as crowded.
