Hyde Park Brewery has consistently knocked my socks off time after time. Not only are the ambiance (including awesome live musicians), and servers fantastic, but the food is so phenomenal and affordable, you cant help but come back again and again. I have to pause this review for a second to acknowledge that Im not a good enough writer to do justice to how much I love this restaurant. Anyway, back to the good stuff. Any dish you choose here will do you right, but I have to give special commendations to their vegetarian fare, which is both abundant and delicious, a quality that can be hard to come by at similar brewery/restaurants. In summary, I love, love, love this restaurant, and Im gonna need to pick up some more socks at the sock store. 10+

Hyde Park Brewing is an awesome surprise brewpub in an unassuming spot right off the main road in Hyde Park. The interior is what a modern brew pub should be, complete with brewing tanks and an immense bar. It’s a super cozy location on a cold or snowy day. The inside has a nice upscale but cozy feel for a pub. Service was excellent with a super friendly staff that knew both the menu and the brews pretty well. The beer menu isn’t huge, but what they do have is all good. The Ocotberfest though still being served in December right before rolling into the winter ale, was malty and had a perfect redish malt tinge. The garlic fries were also very good for a pub and really hit the spot.

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. I think it is the best restaurant in the world. They have mastered the formula. The drinks are absolutely fantastic and well priced, they are so so good. I suggest their cider or the red dram brewie. Their food is phenomenal. From appetizers to entrees to sides, everything is masterful. I go here all the time, but most recently I had the Bavarian pretzel appetizer and I literally had a mouthgasm. This food was so delicious, the staff is so nice and I love coming here. I used to go to Marist but I have graduated, and I still come back just to eat here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Reuben was excellent and huge, with a nice salad and tasty balsamic that they served on the side for me. Pulled pork was tasty and Brewer fries soooo good. They were out of house dark beer and Barrel 9 but the two we had (Rider Red and Winkle Lager) were very good. (however, I dont think there are many bad beers out there lol). Friendly, fast service. Id go once a week if I didnt live in Canada!

Food was amazing. Unfortunatly the lines for the beer really, REALLY need to be cleaned. Really no deversion at all as far as taste between beers (due to line.) You can taste the potential in the beers but until something changes its just not there. If your looking for a good place to eat go here! But if your looking for a good beer, just go to the store and but something else.

Love the bartender Valerie. She was so awesome! We were only planning to do take out but she was so cool and great to talk with, we had to stay and try out their beer. Burger and fries were both delicious. Lava cake to seal off the deal was something else. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating :) Im already planning my next trip to go back with more friends!

Good tavern that brews their own beer. Pretty good food and it seems like everything was home made, pizza looked very good but I only tried the pulled pork. Fries are thick and seasoned. We stopped here just passing through and I would come back for more. I tried their blonde beer which was pretty good, not bitter at all, and the staff was friendly and fast!

Seven of us from Chicagoland/IN stopped for lunch after viewing the FDR Library and was so impressed with the service, the food and even the prices. The variety was impressive. The Itza Schnitzel was awesome and the spaetzle was great. Wish it wasnt so far away because Id go there more often.

I wish the beer list was a bit longer and craftier; the in-house brews are basic. The growler prices, though, are fair. The best part about this place is that there is no competition until Poughkeepsie; it serves a purpose in its community. Hopefully can return to sample the food.

Went with a group of 10-15 people and ordered the Eleanor’s Blackened Chicken Wrap. It goes for $9 and does not skimp on the chicken. Overall it was a delicious meal and the atmosphere was great

I wasnt expecting much regarding the in vegetarian fare, but I was pleasantly suprised! Try their veggie schnitzel and bean burger! They pair well with their dark beers! I loved the dry stout!

Lamb burger with Sprout Creek Farm goat cheese was outstanding! IPA was not overpowering and didnt destroy the flavor of the lamb! Reasonable prices with normal human portions! Well done!

Not only was the beer terrible, the bartender had the worst attitude. We were charged $24 for two tastings! Ridiculous. Sub par beer, sub par atmosphere, sub par employees!

Bartenders are not good here. Been here many times and now only go for the food and beer. Bands are normally old time and ho hum.

One of the best breweries in the area. This and mill house are the best places to go in Dutchess for food and beer.
