Everything on the menu is delicious and better than any diner, with 2 exceptions. 1-The omelets are gross and unappetizing. They bake them is it comes out all puffed up and fills entire plate.2-(manager this Sat. morning) After asking manager in the Whippany, NJ location, if I could just have it cooked on the pan traditional way, she was nasty and said she can only bake them. Her attitude/tone in talking with a long-time customer was very disappointing and I was shocked. Probably never going back, just because of her lack of customer service. She can stick that baked omelet you know where............

2 corn beef hash with eggs and one soda $28 and dont forget each plate gets three small pancakes. For the price I was disappointed in the portions. The Corned Beef was not crisp like all throughout New Jersey it had a lot of onions in it and it tasted like loose ground beef. BUT---good thing is that everything was clean. but why would you flip the chairs upside down in 1/3 of the place 2 hrs before closing? child hazz. lil rude and it seems like your in a rush to get rid of us fast. hope the helps to make your place better.

I was expecting a good experience based on previous reviews...however the buttermilk pancakes taste like vinegar! The manager explained it comes from a homemade sour starter and can be overwhelming. The syrup was warm (yay) but watery (boo). The bacon however is AMAZING! Our server needed stronger communication skills and attention to detail training. My husband enjoyed his chocolate chip pancakes. Great coffee!

Its New Years eve so Im inclined to give them the benefit of my doubt, but for the years weve been coming here the quality of the experience has been decreasing while the prices have been increasing. Its still the only place in the greater area to get freshly made crapes and (only sometimes) savory beacon worthy of the price.

I was just at the pancake house this morning for the first and last time. It took a while for a server to get to my table. While finally eating our breakfast all you can hear are the workers yelling at each other. The portions are good, but the prices are high. I would skip this place and head to the nearest diner instead.

The pancakes were great and the food came out extremely fast. One thing that I didnt like was the price of a glass of orange juice... $4, for a small glass nonetheless! Also, the water was distinctly tap water, not a big deal, but you can tell there was no filter in place... not the best tasting restaurant water.

I love this place. My favorite dish is the Big Apple Pancake. Their Cherry Kijafa crepes are also fantastic. The only downside to this place is that it is so good, there is frequently a line to get in, but they are aware of this and leave kids toys at the door for the children to play with while they wait.

Wish I could give less stars. WORST experience Ive ever had.. even with management. I dont think I will ever be coming here again! If you want to arrive for breakfast and eat lunch instead (because of how long you will wait) Then this is the place for you! Not even as busy as an ihop and still pathetic!

ALLERGY ALERT-PEANUT OIL used in the pancake batter. Their alternative is the gluten free pancakes, which were not good. Also, $5 for a side of bacon...3 pieces. Other places charge $2.50 for a side. Over priced food, not worth the risk with the disregard for those with food allergies.

The best omlet I have eaten by far. Their baked omlets are a feast to the eyes and melt in your mouth delicious. Beware, always have someone with you, possibly more then one, when you order this treat. I was told it contains 6 eggs ;-). And then It is served with a stack of pancakes.

My wife and I shared the Dutch Baby and their Eggs Florentine - both were phenomenal! As someone who grew up in Oregon & Washington, I can also say they had great coffee as well. Dont let the strip mall location fool you; this place is a regular repeat for perfect gastric delight!

Just another original pancake house. Really dont walk in expecting too much and you wont be disappointed. Service is ok but with high turnover you see new servers every time there. Just order the omelette and finish quick cause there is a line of people waiting.

No white toast??? The waiters helper just starts putting everybodies order in front of me and I tell him to stop he tells me to stop telling at him or we can go outside? Threatened by a waiter who doesnt k ow his job? I definitely wont be back!

Great food usually awesome service this tome waiter was slightly rude didnt bring correct pancakes but fixed it. Prices are up there but as I said food is worth it but if you get the bigger waiter with an accent he might not give the best service.

First time here, and the place was pretty packed. We ordered the omelette, and the size of it was enormous-I could only finish half. Food was about average, but the staff was nice and atmosphere was good.

Service was excellent and the food was good and well priced. Id give it more stars except the menu is very limited except for an extensive variety of breakfast items, even in the afternoon.

Visited for brunch after a wedding and the food was great and we didnt have to wait too long for it to come out of the kitchen. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Good food, but pricey for the location, atmosphere, and the food portions you get at this location. Expect to pay $35 to $40 bucks for two simple breakfast, coffee and juice.

The food is great, albeit expensive. Service was decent. There is usually a crowd, but they generally seat people pretty quickly. Complementary coffee helps with the wait.

Sad to see that they use peanut oil especially with that being a life threatening allergie! Glad I checked out the website before going and being even more disappointed.
