FIRE YOUR MANAGER! My waitress was not good. I dont know if she was over worked or new or lazy.. Its fine. Things like forgetting to bring drinks, Then forgetting straws, then forgetting salad dressing and then bringing out Dipping sauce for the salad 20 minutes later instead of dressing ( and still charging me for it) .. These things can happen. But the table behind me was also complaining that they were sat down 15 minutes prior and still had not gotten a chance to order a drink. They had a completely different server. Anyways, i noticed a few other people complain and payed my bill and went off to find the Manager on Duty. I walked around for 5 minutes but didnt see anyone dressed differently than the Ref shirts so i went in my car with my daughter and called in. I dont want to Give the Mangers Name but it started with a J... THIS GIRL WAS THE RUDEST PERSON ALIVE. I called and said, HI, I just left there, are you the manager on Duty? J- Yes, what can i help you with? Me- Can i ask you a question, what were you wearing? I looked for a manager when i left for a few minutes but didnt see one on the floor. J- Oh sorry i have been running around, A Black dress shirt what can i do for you. At this point i explained that My service was very poor but i did not want to give her the name of the lady who helped me. So she says " you are telling me the service was bad but wont tell me who it was so I can fix it".. That is when i said I did not want to get anyone in trouble plus there were other tables with different Servers who were having the same issue. Thats when i said " I think you should have more of a presence on the floor." WOW did that make her mad. Started raising her voice and saying i am calling her trying to tell her how to do her job but didnt tell her in person. So i told her" I said when this call started that i was searching for a manager for 5 minutes but could not find one. I even asked what you were wearing" She asks for my name and number. I didnt give her my last name because i figured she was trying to get the receipt with it. But then she starts to flip out I am going to call my Boss and tell him you are sexually harassing me. This is harassment asking me what shirt i had on? Your are sexually harassing me I am going to give your number to my boss" And she went on about how my question in the start was sexual harassment. ANYWAYS!!! This Girl really needs to get fired. When a Customer tells you that your staff as a whole is neglecting the customers and recommends you do a better job, Tells you that they looked for you but could not see you or any manager on the floor.. You dont scream Sexual Harassment. What you should do is Own up to it or simply yes me to death. To the Owner- Please think long and hard about what i am saying here. If you have a manager who hears criticism and then her only way out is to scream a serious charge like Sexual harassment, imagine what happens when you try to fire someone like that. Asking What shirt a Manager is wearing when the whole staff looks like referees is pretty normal. Her response is anything but. Please know that i left messages with Corp and I plan on letting everyone know my experience. To the Manager- I understand that you likely got scared that i was going to escalate my call to the owner or someone about you and so you started screaming Sexual Harassment. But here is the thing, You were not doing your job. If you were as you said on the phone" Setting tables" then you were not watching the floor. If you were watching the floor you would have noticed a few tables sitting with nothing on Their table. I dont think that you have the temperament to be a leader in any position currently. Maybe you are young or maybe you are new to the position.. Maybe you have never been told that you are doing a bad job and you freaked out.. I dont really care. I have my 7 year old hearing a crazed girl accusing me of sexual harassment because i could not identify the manager... The people business is clearly not for you.

Never had a problem with this place ! Ever! It is our go to place every time it is close by and the food is amazing! I honestly LOVE BDUBS....BUT! I placed a pickup order at 3:35pm on 9/11/16 they told me it was going to take 40-45mins because they were busy which I completely understood since its the first Sunday of regular season football ...GIANTS BABY! ...anyways..I gave them an hour and about 20mins since I know how it gets there and been going there since they opened ..so I arrived at about 4:40pm and then waited another hour for my food with the rest of the 10-20 people coming in and out and still waiting. My food was still not ready and I just had to walk out at around 5-6pm because they never gave me an update the managers were hiding I guess and the problem was in their kitchen..now my point is why in the world a place like this would not get ready for a Sunday like today! The manager was Gregory and all their employees were complaining about him and their GM to us waiting also! That goes to show you not only take-out was having these problems but also the dining area. Gregorys response to his customers were such rude and ignorant responses that people couldnt help but to laugh about it...responses such as "do you wanna come in the kitchen and take a look?" "I have no excuse its a disaster back there" "Im only two weeks here and this is the second time This has happen" WELL I guess hes a horrible manager BRING BACK THE OLD ONE! He was not trying to give any discounts or even anything for free for the time we waited it was horrible. I never ever had this horrible experience there.

The food is mediocre. We didnt get wings but we got some chicken wraps and appetizers. Two wraps were completely wrong. The waitress even came back after we gave her our order to confirm she had it right. She did but the bill when I saw it in the end was completely wrong. One she didnt put buffalo sauce on (we never asked for no sauce) and the other we wanted blue cheese instead of ranch and got neither. The service is absolutely horrible - our waitress was sauntering around the room and never once looked toward our direction. Once the food came she never came back. Completely disappeared. I wanted to tell her both wraps were wrong. We never got drink refills. When youre eating hot sauce it would be nice for a water refill. We asked for containers to go - we had to remind her three times. Once she got wind that I was waiting to talk to a manager, all hell broke loose. She gave my two daughters a snotty look as they were coming out of the bathroom and when she finally brought containers to the table she slammed them down and stormed off. the manager was able to fix the bill for the wraps but I was very displeased and wont come here again. This was our second visit - the first was total opposite. Extremely attentive service, correct food orders, they even brought the kids tablets to entertain! This place wont be around long if they continue with their rude staff.
