we ordered food at 7 p.m. and it arrived at 9pm. salads, chicken fingers and fries and chicken parmesan. when this atrocious meal arrived at our home and the salad and ranch was strategically placed on top of the now warm chicken fingers and soggy fries also completely under cooked. is when Bob informed me that I did not know what I was talking about, which I was going to be able to buy considering the food was in frontplease understand food. I contacted the establishment spoke to the manager Bob. explain the situation and ask if he replaced the whole order. he told me that I was not only exaggerating but the only thing he would replace the salad and if I didnt like it I could go shut up somewhere. this is a food establishment, he told me the driver will be here when he gets there, 11:35 p.m. The driver just showed up to pick up my food refusing to credit me my money. good old Bob wont contact the owner and also told me that the owner does not care about my concerns and to shut up. so after 4 hours of waiting for them to come pick up this crap very rude man said he had to inspect the food at the front door. its still in the original bag in the original containers. they will determine my credit upon further review of?? well theres this fantastic thing called photos and social media Bob. calling me names and telling me to shut up and if you want to talk to the owner call another time its not his responsibility to pass any messages. so it is nice this individual just called me and told me again the same thing, after further review there was nothing wrong with my food. well after further review I think theres something wrong with this situation. Bob informed me that I was just trying to get a FREE MEAL. YOU ARE A REAL PEACH BOB. THE FACT YOU ARE THE MANAGER AND YOURE EMPLOYED IN A FOOD establishment frightens me, IM HORRIFIED YOU ATTEMPTED TO JUSTIFY YOUR BLATANT FOOD POISONING AND ROTTEN BEHAVIOR WITH YOUR KINDERGARTEN ACTIONS AND TACTICS THIS EVENING WERE ACCEPTABLE. I ASKED YOU 48 TIMES TO CALL THE OWNER AND FOR THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME. HAD YOU ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKES ON YOUR SHIFT, REPLACE THE ITEMS DUE TO YOUR DELIVERY OF IMPROPERLY PREPARED, PACKAGED, HANDELED AND FOOD THIS WOULD BE A POSITIVE REVIEW NOT ME calling the health department, THE BANK AND SOCIAL MEDIA

I ordered just a regular cheese pie with pepperoni, curly fries and zeppoles. I had to wait over an hour for such a small order and the delivery driver couldnt even make it to my door. I had to meet him at my gate which isnt close to my house at all. When I finally received my food it was cold and tasteless. The zeppoles arent even zeppoles, they were like pancake balls that were set to the side too long. They were extremely chewy and stale! The curly fries werent even curly anymore, seriously cold and soggy. I dont even want to describe my pizza, the majority of people know once a pizza gets cold the cheese is disgusting and its like eating a piece of cardboard. When I asked for a refund the manager refused and said they delivered on time. The customer service was horrible and I even spoke to the manager and general manager Aleks and Victor and they were both bad at their jobs. Victor even told me that "if the food is edible then I should just keep it." Never again will I order from here or any of my friends and family. This review was completely honest and will be posted on every site just so everyone can know, with the prices its definitely not worth it. I do recommend Verrazanos, great pizza nice and thin with a great amount of cheese! I also recommend not ordering from Eat24 as well because their customer service is horrible.. they always choose the restaraunt sides. Dont waste your time. Use Postmates, Grubhub or any other delivery app besides Eat24. Thank you!

Ive been a customer of Napoli for almost 5 years, ordering delivery at LEAST once a month. Sure, they may have a long wait time, be a bit pricey, and have forgotten part of my order at the store before, but Ive always dealt with it because frankly, theyre accommodating and give you a LOT of food. However, tonight showed me just how little they care about their customers. I have never had a problem ordering multiple flavors on my chicken fingers or upgrading (albiet for kind of a hefty fee) regular fries to curly fries, but tonight I was flat out told "no" and that it was "company policy." Upon calling back to cancel my order, I didnt even get an apology. I work face-to-face with customers at a fortune-500 company and know that a good rule of thumb is that even if you cant accommodate a customer, to at LEAST apologize for it. I have trained others on customer service for 4 years, and the most important thing to remember is that its not always WHAT you say, its HOW you say it. I am seriously sad to say I can no longer be a Napoli customer due to their inability politely communicate. I wont stand for such severely poor customer service skills, and I hope others will resign to not put up with it either.

They forgot my soda and to be honest so did I so I turned around to go back and get it...there was so much grease in the pizza everything from the cheese up came sloshing out of the box all over me my dog and the car when I came back the girls said sorry handed me my drink and turned away...I asked for paper towels to clean my dog and car...she gave me one..finally after she turned away from me twice more to talk to other employees that were doing nothing she fi Aly gave me....one more.. Cleaned my car for 25 minutes in front of there store....not once did any one ask to help...offer another pizza even though mine,was completly destroyed other than 2 pieces .the store closed and I was still cleaning..they walked passed like I wasnt there..to top it all off when I finally got the 2 pieces home...it was horrible..soggy dripping with God knows what..and just plane chewy and bad..bad service bad employees bad food = bad review

Terrible pizza. Crust only slightly better than cardboard. Why have a deck oven and cook your pizza on a screen???? Must have learned this technique from a bad franchise place. Ordered a small 10" pepperoni to judge the quality (which determines if I want to come back for a larger order next time) and left half of it. The only reason I ate half was I was starved. Greasy, greasy and poor quality pepperoni. Would love to have gone back to the kitchen to show them how to make dough properly. Obviously no quality pizza background to draw from on the owners part. Since I did order anything but the pizza, I cannot comment on the rest of the menu. Am always shocked to read glowing reviews when the person writing (or was it friends/relatives?) knows nothing. I understand subjective taste, but I compare those idiots to me writing about nuclear fusion or brain surgery, neither one of which I am qualified to do.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. I placed a late-night order. The woman on the phone allegedly said "45 minutes", but I heard "25 minutes". I would take the blame for this if I hadnt repeated back to her twice to confirm that she said "25 minutes". So an hour after we place the order, the food shows up. Everyone was asleep, so it went straight to the fridge. The next morning we discover that they didnt even provide the food we ordered (somehow "Turkey Club with no tomato" sounds like "Bruschetta"?!). After complaining and having the customer service person not only interrupt me, but shout OVER me on the phone, they send the driver to pick up the incorrect order and credit my account. We had to wait 30 minutes to check out for the driver to arrive because he demanded that we not leave it at the door for him. Then they dont even credit my account. What a disaster! I will NEVER even consider ordering from them again.
