Not happy at all. I work for Saint Lukes Hospital where we are VERY busy and its hard to get away for lunch. I ordered my food to be delivered @ 12:15 pm (the order was placed @ 10 am that morning). No food by 12:25 pm so I called the store. The manager stated the delivery driver was told he could not park or stall in front of our building and that he called our office. I left my cell and my direct line-NO CALLS. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and another co-worker in the past month-WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR A NOTICE THEY WERE HERE SO WE COULD RUN DOWN TO GET OUR FOOD. The manager then said " Maybe we cant deliver to Saint Lukes anymore!" Are you kidding me? Then that was it. We LOVE Mr,. Goodcents but we are NOT happy with this outcome. thank you

i ordered my sandwich at 11:40 and it said it would be delivered at 12:31, it didnt make it to my work until 1:50. in the time it took i called the store 2 and the first time was told it was out for delivery and hung up on and the 2 time was told there was an issue with the driver and said the only thing they could do was give me 25% off my next order but i would have to call in. I got the sandwich and my club had tuna smeared on the outside and olives wrapped in it, i did not order nor do i even like olives or tuna. this was the Goodcents on Brookside in KC,MO and this will be the last time i order from Goodcents!!!

Unorganized. Came in for 2$ turkey Tuesday, its now 4$ turkey Tuesday. Got charged 6$. The cashier already had a mess at the counter with the 2 people in front of me, I wasnt going to raise a stink. Also, dont park in the parking lot, I got blocked in by a sysco semi!

Have never once had a good experience here. The staff is so incompetent. Ordered online for delivery, they waited more than 45 minutes to call me to say they dont have any delivery drivers so we wont be getting our food.

The employee making my sandwich, while talking to the other employee, said, "You bought ready to walk up out of here right now?" The other answered, "Hell yes." Doesnt give me alot of confidence to return.
