I ordered 2 hamburgers and fries at drive thru. Immediately after paying, I was asked to pull to the other side of building to wait. I asked why since there was no one behind me and was told because they were being timed. I asked if it was customary to inconvenience the customer because they were being timed and declined to drive to the other side of the building (this would have put me in a different direction than I wanted to go when I left). I received my order and informed staff I never received a receipt to which she replied were out if paper. I told her I would not be reimbursed for this meal by my job if I didnt have a receipt. She got another employee whom I assume was a manager...he didnt identify himself. He reiterated they were out of paper after I explained I needed a receipt to be reimbursed. He said, "I dont know what to tell you." When I asked for the number to the corporate office, he took paper from another cash register and printed a receipt. After driving off, I began to eat. The burgers tasted old and cold. Im pretty sure I was given burgers thst should have been discarded but I couldnt return because it would have made me late getting to my destination. This was a horrible experience.

I dont order fast food often but EVERY time I come to this location there is a problem. Either I sit in line for 20-30 minutes (yes, really) and/or theyre out of almost every food item and drink and/or they get my order wrong. Today I had to order inside because Id already sat in line for 10 minutes without moving. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before my order was taken, nobody in front of me. I ordered the fish sandwich with onion rings. I was asked if I wanted the tartar, lettuce, etc on my sandwich. I indicated that I did and that Id also like to add cheese. When my order came out I had fries, not onion rings. I told the woman at the counter and either shes hard of hearing or she ignored me. The manager was counting money and eventually asked if I needed help, then he put some onion rings in the bag. When I got home I realized my sandwich was just a fish filet and cheese. They need to fire everyone and start over.

Literally no one there has any respect for customers. I pulled just wanting 10 chicken nuggets. I was told to wait and for another 5 min we just sat there for 7 mins JUST WAITING TO GET MY ORDER TAKEN....WITHOUT A SINGLE PERSON IN THE DRIVE THRU. This place isnt worth anything. Do the world a favor and replace the store with a small has gas station or something. Thats just the first part. After waiting the lady in the headset was super rude Id prolly get less altitude from a group of girls I just called fat. Then after the order was compelety wrong I got some fries and some burger, I didnt know what it was, I WANTED 10 GOD DAMN CHICKEN NUGGETS. I realize it doesnt take much to be employed by a fast food chain but really. This would be longer but they already wasted enough of my time. At least taco bell can get my order right. Never again will I go to such trashy ghetto store.

This place is the worst... And so is the employees, they are rude and seem like they hate their job. As I was ordering the lady kept cutting me off telling me my total and every time I told her I wasnt done she would say " Well I thought you were are you almost done yet" very very rude... Than when I got to the window to get my food she was rude and my food was super cold, I came back and told her my food was cold and she said "okay what do you want me to do" I would NOT recommend this BK to anyone !! Gross place never clean awful service and miserable employees !!!

Employees all super friendly especially the overnight crew the core manager that works the overnight crew has been stuck with only her for the last probably month shes such a sweet lady hate to see her have to work so hard she definitely needs a raise so if corporates listening she needs a raise think her name was Jenyce. Anyways she politely explained that she had no help and it will be hiring some soon she went ahead and took my order anyways it was delicious I love Burger King

Morning, day, and night the service is always slow and cold fries especially. They used to have the best fries but not anymore. Also the fact that they make people full up to the front and wait for their food and you have already spent time on drive through is just not ok. The employee have no idea what theyre doing most of the time. The only reason i still go there because its closer to my house but other than that, this place need a serious help.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. waited 10 mins just to get my order taken, ordered a A1 burger, just the burger itself (not that difficult) paid $7 for it and was told to pull around. when I got home I found that i was given something from the dollar menu!! pickles, mustard, and 1 strip of bacon... I used to love this place, even when they got my order wrong but after spending 7$ on a dollar menu cheese burger Im sooo done with burger king. McDonalds next time!

I went sometime last month to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. a crossanwich and at the speaker the lady asked if i would like two. I insisted I only needed one seeing i wouldnt eat two of them. She continued to insist and I kept saying no. Id rather drive to another fast food than have to be pressured into ordering more food. I even asked for a dr.pepper. they were out, almost of everything they stated. I had to settle with a rootbeer.

went through the drive thru and ended up waiting to order for 10 minutes in silence until i asked if anyone was there where i got the drive thru cashier yell at me telling me to wait. i was going to let it go until i got my food and told the cashier to have a beautiful day and he immediately took off his headset and started threatening me to repeat i just said. i was very upset and am not going back there and dont recommend them at all

They forgot my ice cream cones. The dude who gave me my order was rude and unengaged in his job. I ask for HY-C peach and Fruit punch. They gave me Fanta fruit punch and peach. Cashier in the front of the counter laying down like its nap time or he at home. Wait time for my food was more then 10 minutes and my food was not HOT!! This place sucks. I have been calling to complain and their line is busy... Like WTH?

Went for a breakfast sandwich pulled in the drive threw at 10:28 am lady told me to hold at 10:30 a guy came out and changed the sign and said were serving lunch ...I pulled up to the window like you just had me sit there until 10:30 do you have anything already cooked the MANAGER stated everything was thrown away #itsntthisburgerking What ever happened to HAVE it your way!!! I want to place a complaint!!!!
