I am so disappointed with this place. The "manager" was VERY rude to me and then to my husband...I called to order a pickup. I ordered the family duo. I said I would like a pepperoni and the second to be a Philly steak with a small cheese bread order. The guy (who I later found out was the manager) said, what would you like on the first pizza? I said, um pepperoni (cause I just told him that).....so when the pizza was home I discovered it to have a small pepperoni instead of small cheese bread. Instead of offering to fix it, he proceeded to tell me, I dont know what to tell you, thats what you ordered. He then argued with me about how I was wrong. A respectable place would just apologize and offer to fix it. :-( He then argued with my husband who heard me order the food and told my husband that I was wrong. I like the food but Im NEVER giving this location my business again! All over a misunderstanding. And for the icing on the cake, he asked me to repeat myself because they were having phone problems (his words)! Hmmm, wonder if that had anything to do with my screwed up order?

Clearly upper management at this location sucks. We are waiting for our OVERPRICED pizza for 90 minutes now....(30 minutes past its promised arrival tim. The place is closed now (even though they answered 12 minutes before the listed closing time that they were "closed"). I called at 10:48 to inquire about our 32.00 delivery as it was promised at 10:38. Its 11:10 and our pizza is not here yet...but theybare willing to take off 5 bucks. Really? This pizza was made 2 hours ago, pretty much, and 5 bucks off of 32 dollars worth of pizza that is now a half hour late is supposed to be something I should be satisfied with as a customer????? Come on Cottage Inn! Dont promise delivery if you cannot deliver. IF the pizza comes and I end up paying, cooperate will be hearing from me tomorrow. Not only will they lose money when all is said and done, but they lost a first time customer! Give me my Hot n Ready! Cottage Inn sucks. At least the one in Redford does. Dont Easter your time. My nephew placed a delivery order. I ordered two 8 piece wings with extra buffalo sauces. When I got my order there was only one sauce per order. When my nephew called back up there the so-called manager claimed that we only ordered one sauce per order. I looked at the receipt and I saw that there were two sauces per order. I called up there and talk to the so-called manager. He stated that first of all they went up on their wings second of all you dont get a free sauce with your order and third that I didnt order double sauce. Also the wings are not done and he claims that they put them in the oven for the required amount of time. The wings are raw. I had to put them back in the oven. He is a liar and I will never spend another dime with them.

Typically, I dont have issues with my orders, but today was the first. Now,the first thing I stated upon the phone call to Cottage Inn is that I wanted to place an order for delivery,which I discover the person did not mark as. I noticed an hour and in a half the pizza has not arrived. I call the representative, who initially claimed that she didnt take my home address or that I did not call for delivery. She may have been new, but it was unfair for me to be responsible for the delivery charge, though it was over an hour,until the pizza came,with the thick cheese that I didnt request. I only order when the options are slim.

This was our first time have a pizza from Cottage Inn, and Ill go back again and again. The night manager (sorry I forgot his name), but it was Thursday around 4:00 was the best, he was very nice and told me my pizza would be ready in about 10-15 minutes so I waited in my car and at my surprise he brought it to me. The pizza was excellent, and I eat pizza at alot of different places but it was done just perfect. I recommend Cottage Inn to everyone who loves pizza and excellent service.

DO NOT ORDER online. I Ordered a delivery through grub hub , where i can clearly see my order history as well as a receipt. The pizza was cold when I received it, and they left out the garlic cheese bread clearly on the order. Called in once telling them they forgot. Had to call again an hour later. I argued on the phone with a rude employee who claimed the manager wasnt in. Refused to deliver the food I paid for. Never order online from this particular Cottage

Theyre rude af. When you express your problem youre told by the employee "I jus came in, I dont have anything to do w/ that" instead of trying to resolve your problem. Then you ask if theres a manager available and youre told they are the manager. liesss. Customer service is HORRIBLE. 2 times they claimed they never received my online order and then one of the times I had to contact corporate because they failed to refund me my money.

Did a order online at 4:23 and at 6:00 still didnt have a pizza. I order from here all the time. I spend lots of money here. And a 2 hour wait is unacceptable. Called and said just cancel my order and put my money back on my card. Tells me it takes 2 days to get your money back. And they had know idea where the dam driver was with the pizza that never came. They have lost a really good loyal customer. Very unprofessional.

Arguementive manager. They messed up my order for the last time. Im no longer going to deal with this establishment. Detroit pizza & princes pizza are who I will deal with from now on. This cottage in location should be shut down. Horrible food & customer service - ZERO STARS - NOT ONE STAR, AVOID THIS LOCATION. Literally didnt start the order i called in 40mins before until I actually got there to pick it up. They then took forever to prepare and box my food. There were only 2 people there and one was sitting on his ass. However the food is delicious I cant lie about that, I probably wouldnt order again only because of the hassle.

Ordered online and it went smoothly. I had a question so I ended up calling there anyway. Super friendly and accommodating. The delivering was fast and the pizza was soooooo good, best Ive had in a while. The salad was good as well. Highly recommend this place.

First time ordering from this place and my husband and I Loved the food! This is truly gourmet pizza. The motor city meatball and the garlic parmesan boneless wings are amazing
