So I love prima I order from here every week no fail, and the food is great, however lately theyve messed up big time, they gave me the wrong sub once (completely different than what I ordered) and another time they gave me all the wrong toppings, a time after that they sent a driver out with no change (although we told them we only had big bills and to bring change) and the order was 19.99 and we only had a $50 and the driver says "i only have a twenty" so he got away with a $10 tip!!! now for the second time they forgot my cheesecake last time they swore up and down that they didnt charge for it (so how was a 15.99 deal $24?) And now they said we didnt even order it! So when my husband calls them and complains because the food took and hour and a half to get here and the food wasnt hot the woman is gonna be rude to MY HUSBAND so I called back and complained about her rudeness and thankfully the guy is sending out the cheesecake we ordered and a free one, but if yall dont step your game up you are going to lose very reliable customers and I do believe the woman who worked at 10pm on Thursday 6/23/16 should be reprimanded for being rude to her customers.

I will never order from here. They messed up my order. I asked would they re-deliver the correct food. I got the run around about how long it would take and that they had to come first to see if the order was wrong before coming back out. I then asked for my money back. They told me the owner was out making deliveries. I took it upon myself to come up to the store to ask for my money back. They would not give me my monew back. Yet they wanted me to take the replacement instead. I had to call the police in order to get attempt to get my money back. Which was no help. Therefore, I will not EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. It is dirty on the inside, noone wears any gloves. The staff walks around texting and talking on their cell phone...all while making the food. Please dont order from this place!!!!!

Well, I placed an order with Prima about 6:00 in the evening. After waiting for two hours, I called back to inquire about my order. The "lovely" order taker informed me that they were backed up but that my food was on its way. When the food came, it was COLD, BURNT, AND SATURATED WITH GARLIC SAUCE. I called to complain and was told that I would have to wait another hour for a replacement. At that time, a refund was requested. The order taker said that she could not authorize that but would have the manager call me back. The manager, named "John Jones" (mind you he is of Indian descent) said he could not refund the money because we did not like the first pizza. Say what? Terrible Business, Terrible Service, and Terrible Pizza. Save yourself the headache.

2 times I order pizza and the 1st time.it took over an hr (1:25 mins ) . 2nd time 7-13-2013 and they told me that it will be there soon this was over 2hrs the driver took my 40 dollars and he did not have the change took my 40 dollars and wont back to the store this took 40 mins for him to come back with my money Meanwhile I called the manager at the store and she said he will be out there shortly with my change This type of action is totally uncalled for I wont order from Prima pizza anymore The manager told me there will be a Two dollar credit On our my next order I told her she lost a good customer i have been ordering pizza for years I will no longer order from Prima pizza

this is the worst food place on the planet .I bought a $20 pizza/wings combo not only it took them 2 hours to deliver , even though I only live around the corner but also the pizza was cold and horrible looking it had little to no meat, and only three burnt pieces a bacon is this supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger pizza. The wings was worse, the wings did not have no flower or no seasoning it look like all they just did what do the wings in the grease, then pull it out and throw it in the box. The only good thing to come out of this whats the 2 liter soda and thats a stretch lol. Buy food there at your own risk.

This was terrible I ordered from them all the time and give tips . In the way they treated me was so wrong I asked them to put ketchup in hotsauce on my chicken and fries an they drowned it on my food everything was soggy in then he tried to tell me thats what I asked for lum no thats wrong in I asked could I speak to a manager because he didnt want to send it back out he said no manager until 7pm remind you its 12 o clock like really now me and my son are hungry and have to spend more money on good from some place else

NOT EVEN 1 STAR !! First they took 1 hour to actually call me about my food , to tell me that they couldnt find my location which then i gave them exact directions , after being yelled at by the delivery person , another hour goes by and still no food so i call and they tell me that my food is BACK AT THE SHOP WAITING for another delivery guy , this is 2 hours pass and still NO FOOD !

Food became gross and too expensive. I used to go to this place a lot when I was a teen, but their prices kept creeping up. They should do something about that because there are plenty of independent businesses like it with better food and cheaper prices.

Need better parking. Many times I avoided the place due to parking lot full. They should move across the street in country ridge shopping center. There is plenty of parking there. But the food is great.

Rude. Answered the phone and then put the phone down on the counter for 8 minutes only to pick back up and hang up on me. all the while i could hear them talking about me sitting on the phone.

My fries where ice cold. My sub was wrong the I called for a new sub it took over an hour and was cold. Never will order from here again!!!
