So many things went wrong that was inexcusable and unacceptable. To start off the person at the counter obviously was new and wasnt trained right at all. He also didnt know how to listen. Our orders were completely wrong. Some of it was the cashiers fault and some of it was the kitchen. When we got the food. It wasnt only wrong but it was cold. It was gross. My girlfriend sent back her order, got it redone and it was still wrong and cold. Then we got our whole order redone. Which at first was nice, but we got it back and it was still completely wrong. Almost everyone who worked there was incompetent. The service was horrible. They need to do a employee rehaul because the people who work there now cant do the job right. Was not happy. I never have issues with fast food like this. Especially burger king. But this one was different in a bad way

I prefer BK over MickyD’s. Always have. The char broiled Whopper. Yum. At the BK in Shorewood, Il. in the USA, I enjoyed breakfast: 2 Croissan’wichs for four bucks. Soooo good! Coffee cannot be beat; on the contrary, I believe that it’s the best in the area. Served with a smile. Consistently. And the expression “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” is apt here (while I compose this review, sitting in a booth where I actually can dangle my feet—great plus for persons who are tall). Five-star applause. Clearly, a no brainer. Come one, come all. Find us on Facebook, too.

The trainee was barely aware of his job, always needing help and congused on the most simplest tasks. He should not have been left alone. I asked for NO tomato and somehow he put in EXTRA tomato. Plus did not hear half of what we said. The kitchen did not make my or my friends sandwitch correct and ended up having to get my entire order refunded. Only plus side, they did remake my food for free. I wont be coming back here.

I like going here because I like the flame broiled burgers. I have never had a bad experience I have never had the wrong order and my food is always been hot. I order my fries without salt so I usually have a short wait. I like using my Burger King app on the phone and the girl at the drive up or man has eyes been courteous.

Poor management and planning. Limited time offer item and you get a "sorry notice" taped to the menu board. Food always cold within 3 minutes of picking up the order and the drive thru is beyond slow. If you want a decent Buger King experience you have to go to another location.

This place has a new dining room and thats it. Several times now I have heard the managers berating the workers. The service is turtle speed slow. The food is cold. The soda machine is a pain to operate. The bathrooms are never clean. The drive thru is so slow.

The manager Alex treats his customers and employees poorly. The orders are always wrong and he physically tried pulling my bag from me when I declined to have my order fixed. I was in a rush, I didnt have another 20 minutes to wait.

Absolutely terrible. Employees can be heard making fun of customers. Tables and floors were very dirty. Then when my daughter and I received our food it was under cooked and cold. I will never be coming back to this location

Staff spoke broken English. Ask for fries with no salt and lite mayo on 2 Whopper Jr. Fries were loaded with salt and burgers had extra mayo and were also loaded with salt Place was clean but it was also 10:30 AM
