Quaint and divey. This great dive is just south of West loop with a small beer garden in the back with a view of Sears Tower. The daily drink specials are great and will have you feeling like youre miles away from the loop. As for the food: it was surprisingly great. I was with 4 of my friends and none of them were disappointed and in fact my chicken sandwich was delicious. Id love to go back for the wings, which they have on special 4 days a week. Side note: They have an option to turn any salad into a wrap, make sure you specify that you want chicken or another meat added (if you want it) otherwise it will just be the salad in a tortilla.

The Food is so delicious! Wow... They make their soups and fries in the house! I dont know of too many places in Chicago that do it today. I work nearby and decided to take my colleague out for lunch to Polk Street Pub. She was very surprised about how great the food was. The staff were super friendly, we liked the service a lot. The place is not too fancy from outside, but they got incredible food, a full bar and TVs so I think I will grab some friends and go there for a Hawks game tonight. Highly Recommended!

This has always been my favorite spot for a great burger and drinks but the quality of the burger is not the same. Smaller size, hardly any fries. The servers are still not as attentive to female patrons as they are to male patrons. I shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes with an empty glass. Still has great music and lots of variety on the tvs, still a very up vibe, just wish they still had the best deal on the best burgers and beer in the South Loop.

I discovered the bar too late, the same week I moved out of the city! Its fairly near where I used to work, but out of my normal commute routine. I wish I had gone out of my way many, many times to attend this hidden pub. Dont make the same mistake I did! Cheap drinks, chill vibe, good food, and great bartenders make this spot worth the walk, no matter where youre coming from.

This place is definitely out of the way, sw corner of the loop amongst nondescript buildings. Dark bar up front and a small, but nice outdoor seating area in the back. Good selection of beer for a neighborhood bar, just added 3Floyds recently. Had a burger that was done perfectly - asked for medium and it was medium. Fries and cole slaw are good for sides.

We had an hour to kill before our bus left the Greyhound station around the corner and found this place to grab a bite to eat. We were a little cautious about the place but when our burgers arrived they were AWESOME. They were big and juicy, cooked to perfection, and at a great price. Didnt have a chance to hit the bar but the selection looked good.

I went for brunch with my wife and daughter and had a fantastic time. The food selection is super attractive and the service was amazing. Waiter was extremely detailed on the selected options and had great knowledge on the food ingredients. We truly enjoyed our meals and the venues environment. We are definitely going back soon!

Ive been visiting this pub since freshman year in college. The beer and liquor selection is great. Bartenders are always friendly and the food is above average for bar food. It is located in the industrial area of the south/west loop. Its a dive bar with a lot of blue collar regulars and great for watching any Chicago sports.

Polk Street Pub got great wings and burgers, great staff and easy-going atmosphere. I normally come here for lunch with my colleagues or for an after-work beer. They have live Chicago blues jams on weekends, we love their outdoor patio, food and beer selection. Polk Street Pub is a real Chicago style joint, check it out.

when we first pulled up we were a little nervous. the outside is kinda run down. the inside was nothing special but it was clean. now the food will bring us back. we had the chicken tenders and a Philly cheese steak. both were great, the fries were just ok. we will eat there again.

Had a great local bar feel (everyone seemed to know each other) and the manager (I think he was the manager) was super friendly, checked in a few times with everyone and ever sang a rendition of Adeles Hello with me and another patron! 5 of 5 would totally recommend!

The outside of this place is a little scary, its not really around much in the south loop. I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was because it looks like a dive when you first walk-in. The service was really friendly as well.

Dive bar with neighborhood feel. Problem is that its just outside loop area, and not up to standard with other bars in the area. Food and service is not bad, so not an unpleasant experience. Dont bring friends here to impress them.

Went on a Monday night for their $0.50 wing special. Wings were fantastic with a good amount of sauce options. This is a legitimate dive bar so dont expect much other than decent company, good food, and plenty of drinks.

A true Blue Collar bar tucked away and hidden right in the south loop. The bartenders are always great and the food is delicios. Try the Philly steak egg rolls or the meatloaf.

Good food. Not so great service. Ended up having four waitresses. My husband asked for a beer, never came, asked bar tender said they didnt have it after waiting 15 minutes.

Great little place on the edge of the west loop. Food was really good. Someplace to go and watch the game without all the trendy crap on Randolph and Madison.
