I called the pharmacy to ask about my medication, needless to say they put me right on hold. I assume after awhile the phone rings back to them when you wait for a certain amount of time. When they picked up the phone they put me right back on hold without saying a word. Mind you this happened 5 more times. I wanted to hang up and call right back but decided how much longer would this extremely rude, disrespectful customer service would continue. After 12 minutes a women picked up the phone and said "Who are you holding for?" By then I was chocking on my saliva with disbelief wondering how could a group of people working in the pharmacy be so uncaring and inconsiderate. I will never step foot back in that Publix again. Who ever is reading this who has something to do with this certain Publix needs to seriously take a look at the way the pharmacy is operating and clearly how they are treating there customers who are sick, ill. or who depend upon a medication to keep them alive. How sad....Im sure if one of their own family members called about there medication they would have been treated a lot different then the rest and NOT put on hold for 12 minutes. If I was in charge of the pharmacy I would probably go under cover or send someone to see how the average person is taken care of. This episode was UNACCEPTABLE. Do something about it.

One of the worst Publix that one can go to. Every week, never fails, by 5:00 on a Thursday, the Deli is understaffed. You try and get a sub on multigrain, and there is none. Every time. The same excuse ... they ran out. Today was no exception. And one person doing subs, one doing hot food, one doing cold cuts. Waited for 15 minutes to order a sub, because the one person making subs, Sue I think, needed to carry on a conversation with a man and a woman, while we waited. She was going through cheese in a tin, trying to pick out cheese for somebody all the time talking. I told her I wanted mayo on my sub. By the time she got to open the sub roll (at least 3 minutes), she had asked me FOUR times if I wanted mayo.. Yikes! Go to the one on Federal or Wilton Manors even.. There is NO management here at the Northbridge store. So tired of this. Everyone I know who lives there will not go to this one.. because there is no customer service and people who work there are constantly yakking.

This has been my favorite grocery chain for decades. Unfortunately, "things change" and in this case not for the better. I have always used this location for my big, weekly grocery stop. I used other Publixs which are smaller and closer to me on other days of the week. It is no longer a pleasure, but a giant pain to shop at this location. It is run so unprofessionally and is the experience is the antithesis of pleasurable. Not only is there little if any customer service orientation, this particular store has BAD and almost no service. If the worlds largest employee owned owned company is straying so far from their reason of being is accelerating this spotty poor service intermittently at other locations, I have to say good bye to Publix after decades of being a loyal and profitable customer. Thank goodness we have SO MANY competitor options these days within a mile of this and most Publixs.

This is my go to Publix as I live down the street. Usually I have a great experience inside the store. The cashiers are the ones I sometimes have issues with. They have completely re done the store and it is amazing! With a full salad bar in the deli. It seems they have doubled their inventory. However, the cashier tonight really upset me. They had canned Pedigree dog food for buy 10 for $10.00. I have an older dog and she cant handle hard food. The cashier asked if I have a lot of dogs and I stated I only had one. She then proceeded to ask me if the soft food was all I fed her with a smug look on her face. When I stated sometimes I will feed her chicken she rolled her eyes and cashed me out. She made me second guess how I am feeding my dog and I did not appreciate it. Over all great store, cashiers need a little working on as this is not the first time I have left feeling uncomfortable.

I am totally not the type of person to write a review but after my experience tonight I promised myself I would write one. I go to this Publix basically everyday and feel like they are my family. I look for Bob to check out with. He always asks about my family and we talk football. Go Dolphins! This evening I went to scrounge up a cake for my sons birthday party that is tomorrow. I came across Ana in the bakery and she was nothing short of amazing! I was willing to take anything I could get at that point and she asked me if she could put in a order for me! But I need it by 10:00 a.m. tomorrow?! No problem at all she says! Wow! This is A+ customer service in my book! Keep it up Northridge Publix! You all are the best!

So helpful and courteous!!! They have saved my life today. I was unaware that a Sandwich Platter needs to be requested 24 hours before you place an order. I was going crazy trying to find a Publix that would help me find the Platter I promised all of my employees. I called Three different Stores before I found someone that would even attempt to assist me in getting my Request expedited. LeAnn from Customer Service was super Nice an reassured me that she was going to do her best to help me get my platter ready before lunchtime. I am so grateful for her. She really helped me relax and do what was needed to get what I needed accomplished. Thank you so Much for All of your Help !!!!

Worst Publix EVER!!!!! 0 STARS. I ordered online for a turkey wrap at 2:51. I selected the earliest time for it to be picked up which was 3:15. I arrived at 3:16 and nothing was in the pick up area. I double checked with someone to make sure I was waiting in the right place. After waiting for 25 MINUTES, still nothing. By this time there were so many people at the deli that I knew my order would not come. What is the point of online ordering, or providing pick up times if your food wont even be ready. I wasted 45 minutes of my lunch break and went back to work starving. I will NEVER come here ever again.

The only consistency this location has been able to maintain is their inconsistency. There is nothing more frustrating than one day seeing a large array of options to choose from, and the next the shelves are barren in throughout the same time period. Every morning I try to stop in before work for a sandwich from the refrigerated area and a parfait since this location is so close to my job and everyday I can expect something different (not a compliment). I feel as though publix has changed their aim to please customers and has instead adopted a "youll get what you get, and youll like it" business motto.
